I was given the impression I was paying for one search. However, my credit card was charged monthly at the rate of $20 per month. Not at all happy with that. I've signed onto the website to cancel an account I didn't realize I'd signed up for, and the 'chat bot' says my account is now closed and there will be no further charges. Would have been good to have a refund. Will check back in a month to ensure it has indeed been cancelled. Also, the information I was looking up was pretty basic. Unlikely to use such a service again.

I'm not sure how I subscribed for a monthly charge.
I just need to know what my property was worth but the report was outdated and not usefull at all.
The report still had my property with a home on it. Hurricane Ida took the home away.
I want to sell the property but don't know how much to sell it for.
I requested some information on how to remove some inaccurate information in our property records regarding previous residents. The agent was helpful and respectful. Thanks for great customer service.
Well this is akward but I try this page for my property record and was a complete and full report what I appreciate it, later I have to reach the customer service for an issue for a unknown charge and the lady was a doll, very well handled.
Was requesting to cancel my subscription through chat and was taken care of promptly and easily. Nice customer service. Even provided a confirmation code in minutes.
With hesitation I decided to use Property Record.com to get information about my current home. I was hesitant because I didn't think the information would be enough, especially for $1. But to my surprise, everything I needed was made available and I got more than I had hoped for. I recommend anyone needing tax or market information about their home, to use this site. Definitely made a believer out of me.

I thought this was a site supported by the local taxing authority but it is apparently a private business. The information shows 3 bedrooms but there are only 2. The third area has no door and can be considered an office or den only.
Initially tried to get info about the value of our lake house property, but didn't receive any info until I emailed the service. After giving the necessary info to the service once again, I was told someone, Brian, would be contacting me via email within 15 min. Didn't have time to wait, so received info day later.
Brian was able to find my inquiry and what they had found. Unfortunately, they were unable to tell me any further info on the value of my lake house other than multiplying the assessed value times two. I could do that myself, and had.
So would I use this service again? No. Dss

Did not get the info I requested. Asked for names of the current owners - the only reason I wanted the report, and after much back-and-forth they didn't have it! That should be easy - a matter of public record (free), but their web site was down for repairs.

It's okay if you want basic information. I needed more detailed information. Especially the property lines, measurements, where survey markers are located. Plus it says you can get the report for $1 but then you have to pay for 24 months which adds up to more than $500 over the 24 months.

I don't think your information is up to date. You did not provide what homes are selling for in the sub division. The picture of my house was still in the building process. The pictures of the subdivision are from 2015. We had a 1700 square foot home sell for $400,000.00 There are to many things not up to date with your report.

Very painless, I believe I was like others that did not know of the $20 per month enrollment when searching records for a one time address. I was given a full refund after asking, so I can't really complain - except it should be clearer about the enrollment. Heck, there is even a YouTube video on the issue!
One thing you have to watch out for is that you might be signing up for a monthly subscription. That was vague when I only wanted a single result.
The support was speedy in cancelling the subscription thankfully, would recommend as a service just understand your options when purchasing.
I just wanted to get know where my property lines are for my home as well as the sewer clean out and water main, but I ended up being charged money for something I could have gotten off from MLS. I was really mad when, a week later, a charge on my bank account was $20. I NEVER signed up for anything other than a property report which was the MLS information. I was NOT happy. I can't afford this. I contacted PropertyRecord.com and chatted with Patrick whom helped my cancel my account and any further charges. Thank you Partick.

I got exactly the information I needed but there were apparently some hidden fees. You think you're only paying $8 for the service but small print somewhere must say you're signing up for a package deal because a few days later I was charged $20 as well. I contacted them through their web assistance and they canceled the package instantly. Great customer service! If it weren't for the hidden fees I would've given 5 stars
The search itself and the information received was very useful and easy to obtain. The charge after requesting a one time report is very inconvenient. I paid for one single report and was charged $20. I went into the website and I couldn't find any place to cancel any charges. This needs to be fixed because if it were not for the chat option, I would probably be really upset that the charges couldn't be cancelled. One report ends up costing $20. This is very frustrating.
