I was assisted by a very cordial and friendly lady named Marianne. She was super helpful. She made placing the order as easy as pie! She had my order shipped in a matter of hours. My order was Oasis P10CP/10 GPM Water Cooler in Greystone. My name is Brenda Riley and I ordered this product for my church, Oak Ridge Baptist in Rutherfordton, NC.

I am in the market to purchase items for my restaurant, I called your company and spoke to Marianne regarding some options. Casey Osiwala was more than accommodating with our replacement part needs. We had a damaged frame from the shipping process that was not noticeable from looking at the package, until the part was removed. Casey responded very quickly to my request for assistance for a possible replacement piece. The communication email updates I received were much appreciated. I would definitely give a 5-star rating for the customer service provided.

I spoke with Laura and she was great. With in a very few minutes she had my problem solved even before I could find the numbers to guide her. It was just a Great Experience to have someone knowledgeable, friendly, and fast on the other end of the phone. The prices and the availability of the parts I need make me a happy repeat customer.

I was having issues getting a hand dryer from the manufacture, they are on back order. I called and spoke to Marianne, she recommended that I purchase dryers by Excel. She offered me a price break and they shipped within 3 days, so happy I called and spoke to her directly.

Laura, from Pro Dryers was great. We are in Alaska and shipping is always a challenge. Laura did a fantastic job sorting that out, as well as helping with a backordered and difficult item. Kept updating and checking in and was always a pleasure to deal with on the phone or by email.
