Overall, while some users find success and satisfaction, a considerable number feel misled and undervalued, suggesting a need for improved transparency and user experience.

Overstuffed, gimmicky UI. Twice in only a few hours of surveys, a question wouldn't load properly and I had to exit the survey. I hate how they make you cash out in increments of $5 instead of paying you for all the points you've worked for. But I did manage to get $5 to PayPal in the end.
I recently tried this survey site and stopped usinng it. I like to try these survey sites, use till I reach $20 and cash out. This site offers non stop surveys but they do not like to pay you when you cash out. I had reached the $20 mark cashed out and my reward never came, I waited a few months nothing. I followed up with several emails they never answered one of them. Conclusion, if you just want to do surveys fine but if you are expecting a reward stay away from this site.
So I think PrizeRebel is pretty good. I have been on it for less than a month and I already made over $40. But there was a survey that I did, and after I got the points the next day they took the points back. Can anyone tell me why? I answered honestly. Also, I finished a survey and didn't get points. I know I finished it because I got to the "last few questions" part and completed it.
I've been using PrizeRebel for about a year and it's my favorite survey site so far. They have so many surveys and offerwalls to complete and they compensate very well for my time. They also payout on survey disqualifications which I appreciate. I've redeemed gift cards and Paypal and it's usually sent instantly. I absolutely recommend it!
PrizeRebel is pretty straight forward. Complete survey and offerwall, earn points, cash out for rewards. Theres no much else to say about it. I've been a member of PrizeRebel for 2 years now and cashed out plenty of rewards especially amazon gift card.
Personally, I understand some user frustration, especially when encountering a disqualification or technical error, but from my experience and understanding, its not on PrizeRebel end but on the $#*!ty survey partners end. Some of these market researcher cant figure out how to program a survey to save their life. Of these types of surveys, I'd say maybe I'll encounter 1 every 50 surveys.
The support team at PrizeRebel have been quite helpful as well especially in investigating into these researchers. Mark and Dan are polite and very attentive to the issue, just make sure to provide as much info and screenshots as possible to make their investigation quicker.
Overall, PrizeRebel has been a wonderful site to make some fun money, especially during covid when I've used it more to get PayPal redemptions.
They closed my account just after trying to withdraw 5$ amazon gift card, and they asked me to sent an ID!
The surveys are so long, they told you the survey would take 5 min but it take more than 20 min, I completed 5 surveys without get awarded with points, it's just a waste of your time, if you want to answer surveys so this site is not the one to start with.
These crooks offer you good commission to promote there site but block you from receiving once you generate a fair amount of leads, they can't even give a decent explanation either
Amazing site. Been using it to help with the bills lately and getting some amazon gift cards.
Lots of surveys and I like the site. It's easy to use and I got my new laptop case thanks to them.
I like the Your Surveys and Dynata surveys and they credit fast.
Haven't paid a single cent and it's all free
You can quite literally do anything better with your time, this site takes advantage of the less fortunate by offering 50 cents to a dollar or more (if your lucky) for what has to be mind numbing tedious chores of surveys for 30 min to and hour each if you're doing it legit, which btw is unrealistic when they're looking for such a ridiculous demographic I mean COME ON, Looking for multimillionare business owners lmfao are you kidding me what a joke. That's not all, a lot of the surveys aren't set up right so you don't get paid at all and some even steal your information and sell it!. I feel like this is just a sick joke rich people pull on the poor because there's no way these people are legit. Go mow some lawns if you need money, stay away from these god awful sites.
PrizeRebel has been great since I started using it mid 2020. I've been able to redeem for a few grocery gift cards and some paypal to pay for things. They even have raffles for all sorts of other gift cards. I wish they had more surveys so I can get more, but it's good. Not their fault. I appreciate this site being around. A+
If you don't mind spending hours upon hours entering the same info over and over and over and over and over again to maybe, a big maybe, qualify for a survey that will get you to within 400,000 light years of the lowest possible reward, then have at it. Otherwise, your time would be far better spent outside digging through Dumpsters for aluminum to recycle for cash.
This year alone, I was able to earn an extra 300 dollars during Covid. Its been a god send, since the layoffs and various restrictions caused by COVID-19.
Earning money, just by answering questions on surveys, is so easy that I can't believe they are paying me for this. I've gotten surveys about so many different things, from snacks, lifestyle, websites I've used before among other things.
Since around April, I've leveled up to Platinum and get myreward redemption instantly. I see the money added to my PayPal account in minutes.
I recommend PrizeRebel if you have free time. Otherwise, it does take a good amount of time to complete surveys.
They actually make you think you can get money from this. I did countless surveys and finally got 10$ on the site. When I tried to redeem my gift card they asked for my government ID. When I sent it to them they never replied again.
I really don't understand all of the negative reviews. The site does what it says. Complete surveys, earn points and cash out for all sorts of rewards. I'm gotten many paypal payments with some visa gift cards thrown in. All processed in about 24 hours. Some days there are surveys for me and other days there isn't. It's not their fault though. I also love the contests and raffles they have.
I decided to give prize rebel a try since they say they are not like these other sites. Lol they are just as bad I played a board kings almost non stop for 4 days even spent money to make purchases and once I finally got to the level to claim my points needed to redeem all of a sudden it's being held under review. If there was a problem than you should not have allowed me to spend money on the game. What a joke.
Have been a member for just over a year now. Support is seriously lacking and I'm not sure if it's only me but I don't even have the option to reach out to support unless it's through email, even then 'Susan' ignores any and all complaints.
Tried to redeem $45 today as a platinum member and they have magically put a hold on my account, no response to emails. Not impressed.
Awesome app to use on the internet. However, the advantage of paypal us w excellent accessible feature
I've been doing prize rebel for a while suddenly they shut down my account and wanted me to send them a picture of my drivers license I am not doing that good bye for good I will never recommend them or use them again
It's a good survey site with some offer walls thrown on there too. I do personally think Swagbucks is better but it is a great alternative if you're in a country where it isn't available or were banned for whatever reason, and it has a bunch of different gift cards and gift card amounts that Swagbucks does not have, like Nintendo ones. I used it very sparsely, so I have only $25 in total earnings.
They have their act together and the site is incredibly easy to follow. However, I think there needs to be a disclaimer. It is geared way more toward younger people. That is fine, they should just mention it before you waste your time with it. I would guess people up to their late 30's, possibly a bit older would do OK with it. I repeatedly did not qualify for surveys. I had to laugh out loud at some of the questions such as do you use this product because."it makes you look cool" ha ha yeah, kinda past all that. Otherwise, if you are younger and need some extra cash give it a shot.
Answer: Mostly I heard that once you get money they ban you with some excuse I got banned from 2 survey providers because they said I use proxy when I have a phone and phones don't have proxy also I lost my account after getting enough points for a card they said my account doesn't exist stay away from the website :/
