I received 3 tires 1 day and 1 tire the next day. The specs on tires said they where 33 inches tall they are 32 inches
When I received my original order 3 of the four tires I bought were in perfect condition. I decided to call customer service in order to replace the damaged tire. It took a while on the phone but they eventually answered. After speaking with a customer service rep, the guidence they provide were simple and easy enough. I was asked to send pictures of the damaged tire and management will review and follow up. I called on a a Monday and on the Friday that week no one had contacted me yet. I decided to call on that Friday, the agent I spoke to told me the same thing as the agent on Monday. I then requested a manager and no one was available. After about 20 mins the customer service agent called me back and told me that a manager told her to take care of me. She processed and replacement tire and I received it the next day. They ended up taking care of me.
There were no issues with the tire I bought will be buying again.
Great pricing and selection.
At first I was worried because my tires came in 2 different shipments but I when I received them everything was fine.
I ordered 2 new tires for my Taurus from Priority Tire. I wanted some made in the USA so I ordered 2 Dunlop with a good traction rating. Order process went well & delivery went well. I got the tires & they were made in 2017. The ones I took off were only 5 years old & had cracks on them. If I would have bought them from a local tire store I could have stopped the purchase but I'm stuck with old / new tires now.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size tire and immediately sent an email to customer service letting them know and asking them to help me procure the correct tire and rectify my mistake. The customer service I receive was timely, courteous and communicative. I received my tire later that week, very fast turn around. Very grateful for the help, will absolutely return in the future.
