Got my order in a resonable amount of time but was provided wrong tracking # due to a system error. The coupons worked as they should and the price was amazing.
But sending me emails saying there on the way and then check info says label created and when I reached out i finally got the correct info only to find they had been delivered with out anyone home

I VERY unsatisfied with my order. I ordered a tire and was sent a tire so far off in sizes it was unreal. I then reached out to customer service which took several days to get a response. I will however after speaking with someone the representative was very knowledgeable while very dry. I have shipped the incorrectly tire and waiting for a full refund. I don't think I will be a return customer!
Please accept our humblest of apologies for the incorrect tire being sent - our warehouses, logistics and software alike are all fine-tuned to avoid such issues, with numerous precautions, but as you may imagine it is not possible to prevent every single issue and accidents are unavoidable. We understand the negative impact on you and do not wish to diminish or disregard it - we fully accept blame and acknowledge the mistake - but we do hope you understand that mistakes like this are nonetheless extremely rare, with us having thousands of successful orders every single day!

Anticipating fall and winter weather ahead I decided to make this purchase. Online purchases with Priority Tire are not complicated at all.
Shipping can be a bit daunting as I watch the shipper delays, unrelated to my purchase, can stall with unreadable shipping labels. Otherwise a good experience.
Thank you for your review. We ship our tires as fast as we can, however, sometimes our shipper damages barcode labels that have to be replaced which can cause a bit of delay.

This company was one of a few that had like tread tires in two different sizes, my 2015 Ranger has smaller front tires with oddball larger rear size. Price was good the reason for 4 versus 5 stars is they use FedEx for delivery, FedEx has went contract with local deliveries and they are screwed up. FedEx had delivery address off by one digit, instead of trying to contact, ask someone etc the first two days they just would drive by. The 3rd day I waited outside all day to catch them, common sense has left this country.

Everything with ordering went smoothly.
Im Happy with the the brand and quality of the tires. I purchased the only thing is I had to take 2 days off from work because one tire came on a Thursday. The other tire came on a Friday. I thought they would come together in one day othen than that my overall experience was good.
All of our tires, aside from very specific cases, are shipped out together as part of linked multiple-piece shipments - those types of shipments are indeed intended to arrive together, but by pure chance and coincidence sometimes packages are separated during handling and sorting by FedEx, leading to separate deliveries. It does seem like that happened in your case, so we do apologize if it caused you any inconvenience, but we most happy to hear that you did receive all of them safely all the same.

Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
