I ordered XL and it was too small. I called the company asking if I could exchange it and was told to measure a comfortable shirt I have in my possession under the arm to arm and send the measurements. I did. This awesome company told me I did not have to return the small shirt that I could give it (bless) someone else with it. They will send me a larger size. They did. I am very impressed and will recommend this company to others.

When I placed this order, I had received an email indicating that the APRIL2516 code would give me 50% off my order. It only gave me a 25% discount. What happened to the other 25%? It's going to be a long time before I order from your site, if ever again.

I was able to buy my husband T-shirts, but I was not able to buy myself any sense. There were only three T-shirts available and the one that I wanted did not come in my size. You also should offer more colors of the T-shirts. And in previous years, sparkle twill was offered in women's T-shirts.

I purchased a hat online and received the hat a week later. What I received was very different from the images online when I purchased the hat (the thread on the hat I received was super shiny and font was different). I contacted their Customer Service but was informed they don't issue refunds but they offered to replace the hat. The problem is that doesn't resolve my issue as the replacement hat would also look different from the images on their website. When you rely on website images for a purchase what you receive should look exactly like what you ordered. Buyer Beware!

When placing order we wanted our grandsons name and number on the back of the shirts. Was not aware until receiving items that we could not get that as we wanted. What was even more frustrating was we were not aware of that until after placing two more orders.

I placed an order with Prep Sportswear on 02/25/2025 for two college sweatshirts, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. They failed to put my full address on the shipping label, leaving my package stuck in USPS limbo for over a week with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, there is no way to call their customer service—you can only reach them via email or chat, which is incredibly inconvenient given the price they charge for their products. For what they charge, they should absolutely have live phone support to handle these kinds of issues.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are unreliable, make shipping mistakes, and don't issue refunds, so if your package gets lost due to their negligence, you're out of luck. I will never purchase from them again.

The website was difficult to navigate as pages didn't load, but this inconvenience was totally offset by the quality of the shirts and sweaters I ordered. Super happy at the quality.

I just ordered a baseball jersey for my son and my sister and I decided we liked it so much we wanted one too! The jersey came out very nice well made and the material was very soft.

The order took a little longer than usual but I believe you guys were experiencing High volume. So all things considered it came and a timely fashion.
