A damaged A/C was delivered and opened. I thought it might work and installed it, but it was dead. Ron at PPL listened to me and replaced the unit at no charge. I cant praise PPL highly enough for their honest business practices.
We made an appointment last winter, they had the vehicle for 6 weeks. We made several calls for estimate and status, rarely returned. Picked up the rv and the dashboard fabric was torn, and dash scratched, strut on passenger side was repaired, but that on driver's side-which wasn't an issue when we took it in-was broker. Made an appointment to get that fixed and took it in on Monday/Tuesday. Have left 5 messages as to estimate, final call was to tell them we would pick it up and go elsewhere. Obviously, no one listens to the messages because they were surprised when we picked it up. Never take your rig there-find another repair service
We ordered a Dometic AC from this place since it was cheaper. Never again! I'd rather pay more from a company that will actually respond when you call or email. The AC was messed up after we installed it and this place wouldn't respond to emails or return my calls. I had to take this thing apart and fix the fan myself. I don't recommend this place. Once they get your money they ignore you. Very unprofessional.

Right out of the carton I was unable to collapse the ladder and place it back in the
Carton I received it in. The additional size of carton required for shipping it back

Would have liked a little more detail like package contents such as supplied bracket like they used to be sold with. But not a huge deal. Product received fast but was partially wrapped in paper where particles could enter gas inlet and black round cover on top that say's do not remove just falls off. Still need to hook up and see how well it works.
We previously bought a new toy hauler from Camping World. We were on our vacation, only the second time using our RV, when the water heater circuit board went out. We were in North Carolina where the weather was cold and the water heater only worked off propane. Called several camping world dealers in the area and none of them stocked the part. Now this is a brand new RV under warranty. Called PPL and had the new update part and had the part shipped overnight to my next destination. The did a awesome job and saved our vacation.

My first call I spoke to Aaron, he was friendly and helpful and patient. My husband was working and the tow bar was my assignment. Second call I spoke to Mike he was also so helpful. I got what I needed and all shipping options were explained. We even got the tow bar 3 days earlier than quoted! Their price was also lower than any other online. Would highly recommend PPL.
I received 2 (two) quotes from RV Repair shops for a Shruflo RV water pump that is rated to pump 4 gpm. Both were Over $220.00. I purchased one from PPL Motor Homes for@ $160.20 and free shipping. My kinda way to save a Buck!
We found exactly what we were looking for. We were worried that because our camper is so old, that it would be impossible to find the replacement water heater. No more cold showers or boiling water to do dishes!

Bought some parts for my camper there a while back, and was told awning came with everything needed. When I got it, it didn't come with hardware. I called back to complain, ended up being nice, then bought the hardware. When it came, it came wrong. They charged me a restocking fee, shipping, and charged me for again another set. It was ridicuolous. I will take my business elsewhere now.
I ordered a sales item and the item was put on hold due to shipping to one address and my payment address being different. The person I was told to contact never answered my calls or returned my calls. After getting ahold of Customer Service, the sale was released. I then received a call that the sales item I purchased was no longer available and then they tried to sell me a smaller cooler for more money. Overall, I got a 5 gallon smaller cooler for the same amount I was originally spending but I did receive my product in the end.
Order was delivered with the mounting gaskets missing, I called your parts department and talked to Dan. He promised they would arrive the next day and they did! Gotta love when they "Say what they do and do what they say" Fred's RV Services
I followed my order in UPS. My part arrived on the following day that I ordered to my home town. UPS lost my order, I had to wait eight days for their investigation. I called PPL and they said that I would get in female and two days later I now have my hitch. Awesome customer service.!
Just tried to order a part for blue ox system & they quoted a price $142.00 over the msrp quoted by blue ox. I'm a 100% disabled vet but not a dam sucker for a rip off. The guy even requoted the same price when told over it was $300 known msrp price not $442. I had got msrp from blue ox only hr before I called these rip off artist.
Summerfield FL office- I took my RV in to sell it. Amanda did an appraisal and we discussed being on Consignment versus them buying it. They gave me a tentative price for buying and said they would need to do a 19 point inspection and would call me back by the next morning, Friday. That morning came and went. I called to follow up and no return calls. The weekend went by (they are open on Saturday!) and Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday I called again (her office and her cell)-- 10 calls in all! I was suppose to leave on a trip on Wednesday morning becasue they had my RV. Finally on Wednesday late morning I called again and she answered. Said she had family issues- but to me that does not excuse not returning all those calls. Someone else in the office could have easily called.
All the staff members I met were very polite and seemed knowledgeable, but not returning a call when promised is not acceptable Rememeber they were holding my RV the whole time. When I finally talked to her I told her to call the office and tell them I would be picking up my RV and paperwork and would not take their consignment offer.
I could not work with a company that was so inconsiderate of my time. They could have cared less.
Great site for all RV needs, you can buy pretty much anything for your RV from PPL motor homes and even sell your used RV. We used them to get a washer/dryer and I would buy from them again. Though only problem is that I would recommend against buying a ventless system if you can. Get a vented dryer and endure the installation vent cost because they work much better and are less expensive.
Product is great. Did not know that UPS was being used for shipping and gave my PO Box for shipping adress. Due to UPS' tracking site giving bad information, I wasn't aware that the package was being sent back. Contacted PPLMotorhomes and informed them of the situation and problem was handled. Package arrived the day after it was resent to me. I think that the parts dept. employees should be made aware that they can't ship to a PO Box address.
Awesome place to order Rv parts. SUPER fast shipping! I ordered a 40 foot 5th wheel cover that weight 43lbs on a Sunday evening and I received it on Tuesday morning at 9:30am in Upstate New York! Not too mention the shipping cost was less than $10. I received email notifications of shipment and delivery. Also I saved about $100 on the cover compared to other RV part stores including Amazon! Very Very pleased with PPL Motorhomes will definitely order from them again and would recommended it to very one!
