I distrust any company or service that asks for ratings before the service is delivered. Smacks of TrustPilot stuffing fake reviews. Makes the checkout more confusing and makes it appear that you need to play games to get good reviews. Do you?

This service is very user friendly and we are seeing some positive SEO results
So far do good, I would like to se a payment receipt more accessible. I can't seem to find one for my initial payment.
Tangible results are the real area I am trying to analsis at the moment which can be difficult with this type of product.
Support is very active and responsive. All of my questions get answered within hours via e-mail if not by Mike over the phone.
It would be helpful to get a better understanding of the differences between the different products.
