I began working with ALLEN about 5% of the time. To be honest, he was not helpful to me. He(ALLEN) gave my issue to TEDIE, who I know he can solve the issues that I have. The title of this review is PORT FORWARDING and Customer Service. Let's start with the program itself. The PORT FORWARDING PROGRAM works GREAT, SPECTACULAR, and I will DEFINITELY SUPPORT the program by informing people, who have issues with PORT FORWARDING to pay the $39.99 for the program. I TRULY and honestly believe this is the best way to port forward whatever you need to port forward. The program does it for you. All you have to do is FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and everything should work at the end.
Now, about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I mention above that I began with ALLEN then my issue was given to TEDIE. I WILL WRITE about TEDIE because I spent more time with him. My issues with him is that when I CLEARLY WRITE to him about WHAT I have done, and I sent a ROUTER SCREENSHOT GRABBER, which the HELP section is where the ROUTER SCREENSHOT GRABBER is located. I noticed more then 3 times that HE does not READ the messages I sent him. The reason, he asked me on his reply to sent him my ROUTER SCREENSHOTS, which I reply to TEDIE, I already did. Did you not read my messages to you? No reply by TEDIE.
Now to the BOTTOM LINE about how I FEEL about the PORTFORWARDING PROGRAM vs Customer Service/Customer Service-Technical Support.
I RATE THE PROGRAM 5 STARS and I RATE TEDIE a 4 1/2 STAR. The reason is I was frustrated with sending clearly written notes and ROUTER SCREENSHOT GRABBER, and I was constantly asked the same thing to do, when I already did it. He only have to read. My other reason for giving him such a high rating is I KNOW that DEALING with CUSTOMERS is NOT easy to do. Two personality CONFLICTS and issues arises. Ultimately through adversity came success. This is what we ALL want to solve the issues at the least amount of time. UNFORTUNATELY LIFE does not work that way. Due to personality conflicts and politics which is the root of ALL our issues.
