I was unhappy with customer service. When I had a problem with the faucet when it arrived, scratched, I had a hard time with the sales rep. Had to escalate it to a manager. I felt that the rep was belligerent. This was a big order. Two higher end fixtures. I spent a lot of money. I had to end up going to Graff to get this resolved. They had to intervene on my behalf. Plumbtile wanted to be cheap about shipping etc., with damaged fixtures.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, my products toon a very long time to come. I have not used the faucets as of yet. I will update review when I do.
