The overall purchase experience was good and I received the exact part I needed. The issue I had was when I ordered, the site indicated that the item would arrive in 3-5 days (which I assumed since I bought from a West coast company). My faucet was damaged during some remodel work and I needed the valve to regain a working kitchen. After the item did not arrive in 5 days, I sent an email (on Sunday) asking for status, as the order confirmation page provided no ability to track the shipment. I received an email that the item was shipped Monday Morning, but would not arrive until the following Monday. It took two full weeks to receive a part with no communication of a delay or track status. If I knew it would take two weeks, I would have spent more $$ and ordered it directly from Delta.
Answer: No. This company seems not to care of return customers. Very disappointed
