Ordered bathroom accessories and they shipped fast and everything arrived in perfect condition. My only complaint was that one of the Alno towel bars we got didn't have the correct mounting template included so it was a little more difficult to install than the others. I would order from them again!

They match the Stone Forest base and sink I put in perfectly! They are very heavy duty and fit well in the "industrial decor" we have chosen for our powder room. They came within 2 weeks of ordering and had all necessary items to hang into drywall.

Plumbtile will only price match their competitors before you make a purchase from them. Why would I purchase from Plumbtile and go through the trouble of price matching if one of their competitors has the same product at a lower price? Unfortunately, I did not carefully read their price matching policy before I made a purchase from them. Then I found the same product $30 cheaper at one of their competitors. I submitted a price match request hoping that they would match the price, but was not even given the courtesy of an email declining my request. They have lost a customer...

I see there is an area for coupon code yet found no coupon. Would have liked to apply to first order. My overall experience with Plumbtile.com was pleasant. I was unable to purchase the item I wanted as it had gone disco, Plumbtile.com offered a few substitutes, from which I selected an almost exact matching product.
