Safe site

Site safe to use. Would be nice to have a telephone line and online chat for everyone for any problems. Recommended site and lots of accounts advertised on. It is indeed nr1 for what they offer. But if improvement would not hurt. All together happy with it, and will use again in future. Stay safe people and use a middleman for your own safety. Keep it up playerup.

It doesn't appear you actually did business on PlayerUp and this is made up. Sitejabber is for legit reviews with actual customers. You're pretending to be a customer making up a story.

As for your comments, we have had over 1,000,000+ orders on PlayerUp and we have no affiliation with the sellers on the site they run their own independent businesses as vendors on the site. You clearly don't know how PlayerUp works and as mentioned above just making things up.

Bought a lol account

Bought a lol account from one of their vendors.Their account got me banned because it was leveled with bots.

Edit: This was fixed by playerup, not the seller. Seller refused to cooperate. Playerup had to refund me which they did and in full.

They take your money for insurance and don't provide insurance. Middleman does nothing. You pay money and insurance for a chat room. Middleman ignores you after taking your money.

Only scammers on the site don't trust anyone. Very bad. Do not use this scam site.

Having purchased a $1500 account, I am left with no news from Middleman. I tried every ticket possible within Playerup, only left with automatic responses. This is a significant amount of money and I can't get a hold on middleman. It has been 5 days already. I am a believer this will get resolved soon, but I am truly starting to worry. Yes, I have already tried all you tickets solutions.

Great platform for both buying and seller. Some of the pros:

- Flexibility / No Restrictions

- Can sell directly or through middleman

- Fantastic support when they directly communicate with you

- Safeguards both buyers and sellers through middleman

- Some of the moderators are really good at what they do

- They keep improving and upgrading their site

- Buyer protection really works

- Never had any issues ever receiving money here

- Easy to find new buyers / good tools Some of the cons:

- Need more automation

- Improve speed

Overall fantastic site. Just be patient. This is based on experience using them as both a buyer and seller.

I sold an account on PlayerUp approximately 40 days ago and I still haven't received my payment.

I had messaged them weeks before I posted on Reddit, but they ignored me the entire time. They only replied to me on Telegram in response to my Reddit post. Furthermore, they essentially blackmailed me into removing the Reddit post, claiming that it was hindering the payment process. Reluctantly, I complied and took down my post. They then asked me how I would like to be paid, but once again they stopped responding.

On May 11th, they assured me that my payment would be cashed out within 1 to 96 hours. However, it has been 470 hours since then and I have not received a single cent from PlayerUp.

My experience leaves me wondering if PlayerUp is a genuine company or simply a despicable scam.

An agent contacted me immediately to resolve an issue I was experiencing with some delay on verification and was able to help me resolve my issue immediately. He was very courteous and professional. The agent helped guide me through what the issue was and we got it resolved. The problem was not coming from their end. He proceeded to answer any inquiries and that gave me piece of mind. I feel secure enough to change my review to a 5 Star rating. I will write one more update once the process is finished.

Update 1: I spoke to one of their senior agents and he resolved my issue he prioritized my ticket and guided me for a possible future transaction. I will definitely make a future purchase from the company as you can tell that they care for their customer getting a functional product and protecting you. Thank You

It has been about 3 years, possibly almost 4 years at this point since I tried to buy something on this site. The item I bought was banned and It took forever to get a refund (in the form of credits). I have constantly been putting in support tickets to cashout my credits and have been completely ignored. At this point I just assumed that they are gonna keep my money indefinitely. I would recommend you stay clear of this site if you value your money.

To be honest, I was a little bit skeptical about buying game items from other sites, I try PlayerUp. They are fantastic. Their MiddleMan helps the buyers to get what they pay for, before payment is sent to seller. This is 100% protection. I bought an item from a seller, he failed to deliver, and MiddleMan immediately suspend that seller because he failed to deliver too many orders. (the seller was just registered It was my mistake to buy from a him) I tried a second seller this time from a Gold rated seller, it took a few conversations to have my items. Five stars to Player UP

These Fu####% RATS are holding my money since more than 2months
When you post something bad about them they will blackmail you to remove your post or they will suspend you, in the end their website got taken down with the amount of fraud they were doing which is really great to prevent future people to get scam from them,i know i will not get my money from them including other sellers like me as well
But their other domain website Middleman.net is still working,and as we know these fu###% RATS will never give us sellers our money, the least we can do now is to report their website Middleman.net to the ftc for it to be taken down completely as well

A fake site...is down from.more than a week...I paid 40usd$ for a reddit account,middleman took my payment and said won't process because I posted a bad review about them on another site under another name...just a false accusation so as to not pay me the promised service...thier site is down since more than a week...don't deal buy or sell your hard earn money on this scams scamster middleman playerup account...check out thier recent reviews on reddit and how they blackmail the seller & buyer both the parties

I payed for a product but can't activate my order. I haven't recieved a 3 way private conversation ticket yet and my order is stuck in verification step 2 and it isn't activated even after I completed the verifcation form by sending a form of identification in the site and to the support e-mail. I tried contacting the support by sending tickets but I only got automated responses so I tried contacting them on Facebook and they didn't respond.

Update: This issue was fixed

Took 8 days to deliver.

Had to get help from middleman to just get the seller to respond to me. Without middleman, he would have certainly ignored me and I might have lost my money. Grr bad experience but no fault on playerup for fixing this issue.

When I was trying to buy something the seller got banned, after that I was spamming the ticket for a month trying to get my money back they gave it back in credits, after they blamed it on that the seller got banned and my ticket suspiciously got "lost in the system". But now that I'm trying to cash out my credits I have the same issue it has been around 3 weeks now and still no response. I swear this must be some messed up strategy they use to scam you out of your money.

Update:
My PlayerUp account got banned or something similar shortly after posting this review because whenever I have tried to log into my account I got some error saying the website couldn't be reached, but when I made a new account it worked just fine. PlayerUp still has made no attempts to contact me.

And also this is not resolved as Jason W. Says it is.

PlayerUp scammed me I was trying to buy an account for 100$ and after 3 weeks of waiting for a PlayerUp middle man to respond the seller I was going to buy from got banned and now I am trying to get my money back because I had already paid. But I get absolutely no response, do not trust PlayerUp they are scammers.
