My experience with PlayerUp has been generally positive after completing two orders and receiving a $17 payment. While I encountered some issues, the platform efficiently resolved them. However, there is room for improvement in their response time and contact support. Overall, PlayerUp provides a user-friendly interface for buying, selling, and trading virtual gaming assets.

Since today (24.Sep.2023) no money. Not one reply to my questions. No support.
I think the site is fake.

I updated the cashout ticket long ago, still waiting...

Tried making a simple purchase for a FB account and found myself waiting for days on end. The site is atrocious, the sellers live in a mid shack And don't know the definition of service and the experience will drain you.

All goes ok till payment is made, playerup (middleman) will not respond to anything after that. Been 4 days and nothing.

Day 5 finally received service, still think service is really slow. But I did receive the service eventually. Changed to 3 stars as value is great and the seller himself is great too. But will deal with him directly in future

I tried to buy a Yugioh duel links account, paid with credit card and waited for the approval and contact... and still waiting an official response (5 days latter). I saw in my bank account that they eventually refund the money (it seems) but not actual contact nor response. Kinda felt discriminated for not living in the US, it seems i didnt pass their validation system and didnt receive an official answer, even they labelled my account as "high risk". Not 1 star because at least return the money.

UPDATED 09/05/2021: They contact me shortly after this post to verify my account, but i cant just delete my review so I will update to average taking account their explanation.

No reply on site, discord, telegram, fb, urgent tickets, 9 months since i sold the acc and only ignored, such a shame i am a silver seller if that means anything anymore that trust is broken, even this review here is to get you reply something send my money,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Website seems to work. Took a bit longer as expected. A bit of trouble with the payment process. But im in contact with their support right now.

One of the safest and easy platform to buy and sell game accounts, for buyers you can first check your products/game accounts and release funds after you are fully satisfied with account. Moderators are very helpful. I will say this is the number 1 site on the internet for game accounts.

This site is the best legit account trading site. I already done trade many accounts on this site. Thank you Playerup. Some people think this site is a fraud. No, It's not. If you're seller your payment is slow, check your payment detail is correct, do not open duplicated ticket, read knowledge base and be patience. If you're buyer using MM service to buy accounts you're safe from scams.

Edit: I was apparently already refunded a week ago. The charge no longer appears in my account. Be cautious on who you do business with on this site. Alot of bad sellers.

I received a hacked account and I can't change the email because of this. I reported it, escalated the issue, and the middleman said, "You changed the password, no problem"...

I recommend this platform for buying/selling your online game/social media accounts. Had a prior issue regarding payment transfer but support/middleman reached out to me and was able to resolve it quickly.

Even though almost every aspect of the service is automated, real agents are not hard to come by, especially when you open a support ticket. If you experience delays in payouts simply contact them through their service. Honestly will keep doing business with them, thanks.

After pre-charging the entire amount to my credit card and asking for verification documents 3 times (each time for more information), still no 3-way conversation. Been 48 hours since payment...are we going to close this deal?

Sold my account 2 days ago. No payment was sent. No reply from support. I really need the funds here. Not recommended.

Contacted support on telegram chat. Issue is fixed. Payment received through Skrill for full amount.

2 months ago I sold my account here. I finally got credited last month. Still today, the payout has not been actually sent. I have been more than patient. I just want this resolved.

Edit: I wanted to update everyone. It appears I was wrong, they did send payment to me by bank transfer, not crypto. This is all cleared up now.

I signed up for PlayerUp to buy something, and my username is "Showing". The deal did not go through, and instead of being refunded in BTC (my original payment method), I was refunded in "on-site credits." I made a request to immediately withdraw this $1350 on 4/4/21 and I was told it would be done within 2-3 days. They still kept ignoring me, even after I left a review and messaged them on telegram.
This company is refusing to let me have control of my own funds. This is extremely deceptive/manipulative and I will take further action if it is not recovered.

I have been ignored for over 2 years at this point, and I have been ignored on Telegram. Please refund my $1350.
