I have had ZERO communication with my Middle Man, or anyone from Player up. The customer tickets are nothing more than an automated response.
Reading from other reviewers it seems that I'm not the only one. Promoting the middle man service as a premium service, charging a large fee and then providing no support on their end is awful.

Received a response after my review went public (3rd picture) stating i slandered them and that only once "issues had been fixed" would i then be able to cash out Despite not providing any means of "resolving it" presumably asking me indirectly to remove my review. And they're after cancelling any future payouts. This has been over a month of not being paid. And only responses like this back. I could not recommend this company less!
If you've had a similar experience to me PLEASE FILE AN FTC COMPLAINT. What this company is doing is against the law and the FTC works on multiple complaints rather than individual cases. The more actual cases of people not receiving their money, the more likely the company will be fined etc.
Last year I've sold an account using a PlayerUp platform and it went with almost no issues. After that I wanted to cash out from the platform to my paypal, and the order status is "on pending" since then although it says it willl take between 24-144 hours.
I've tried to contact with the support dozens of times, but with no answer from them. Lately I've connected with them on Telegram and was promised that they will take over the case... and since then - NOTHING!

It has been 1 year since I used this service so I no longer fear retribution for writing this review, there is a good reason why I have felt this way.
Last year (2022) I sold my account for a well known mobile game for around $500. I lost a decent percentage of this to fees which I was okay with at the time as I felt like this would be a safe transaction. The buyer paid and received the account details fairly quickly but it was MONTHS before I received my money. You can contact their support as much as you want, you will never get a reply. The only way you can get in contact is to leave a negative review on well known review websites. The negative review will prompt the admin staff to reply to your complaint and force you to delete the review before dealing with you. Once you delete the review, they attempt to help you. I was leaving negative reviews on a near daily basis just to get them to respond. It took over 2 months for me to receive my money.
Avoid at all costs.

This makes no sense. Delays happen and you stated your transaction took 2 months to be completed. That doesn't mean you were scammed.
I been waiting for MM cashout for 10 days, they replied on the third day with a tweet about payment delays of JANURAY as an excuse. Avoid them and only use them as last option, security is not even good. They never reply to customers and take forever to help out, a MUST EVADE SITE.
UPDATE: If this happens to you i fully recommend to try and contact Middleman support directly, they answer me within the hour, payment system is slow but if you try to contact them directly they will help you out almost instantly even though is a really big website.

Nevermind. They solved my issue. Make sure to check onsite as I never received email notifications the service was delivered until I logged into my playerup account. Received everything as described.

Put my STFC game account for sale in PlayerUp around the end of 2023. In march 2024 an offer came in and I accept it, using their "secure way" with the Middleman. The buyer transferred the money to their Middleman and I transferred the account to the buyer. Waiting period was stated to around max 14 days to get money through PayPal or bank. After the time expired I contacted them and got a response 7 days later that they have some issues with paypal. After a month of back and forth they made me change my way of cash out from PayPal to bank account which took another month or so. Yet again the told me they had a problem with the bank this time. Contacted them even through their quick resolution center in Telegram and still a ton of excuses and no money. After that after several attempts they started not responding anymore.Posted some bad reviews on them in different review sites which made them contact me and promise to send the money if I take down the reviews, which i did. Guess what, 2025 and the money hasn't come yet. Will attach some screenshot of the convo i had with them.

Seller was rude but playerup was able to get the issue sorted and the transaction is completed because of their assistance.
RECOMMENDED I have bought/sold on playerup so have xp with both. Both instances were solid and superior. My 1st order I sold my account for paypal cash but later switched to store credit so I could buy a better account in another game. Only complaint I had was it took several hours for the use credits order to activate. This should be automated. When the order was finally activated the seller wasn't prepared to deliver so it took a couple days for him to finally transfer the email bound to the account over to me. I had around $8 worth of credits left after that. Bought an account from another seller who sent me a bogus account. I complained and immediately cancelled. Playerup without any questions cancelled the order and returned the funds back to me. Buyer protection does work as the seller wrote all these excuses saying I scammed him but middleman jumped in and investigated found out the seller was lying. Now I just cashed out my credits and that will conclude my business at least for now.
It took time to connect to their live chat but I finally was able to connect with an agent. They fixed my issue in about 10 minutes after I was able to get ahold of someone.
Lets be clear on this one: Playerup is clearly the most secure place to buy game accounts. They clearly try to advance the buyers interests vs. the sellers interests. The Middleman process allows you to securely purchase an account through a 3rd party (with verification required), and they offer some insurance options to protect yourself even further after buying an account. Now on to the one bad part: The first transaction is going to take a while. I'm not going to sugarcoat that, expect the first Middleman transaction (when you're an unverified account) to take a long time. They're clearly backed up on initial verifications and make that pretty clear if you start a support ticket. I'm still in the process of my first transaction, and though it has been extremely slow. It's clear that it's a secure process, and let's be honest with each other, would you rather have a fast process that's insecure or a slow process that's secure? In the less than safe world of buying gaming accounts, you want the latter. I'll make future transactions on Playerup and hope that my current transaction is wrapped up quickly so I can buy more :) As an update. My transaction was completed, it went by very smoothly. I recommend that you buy from sellers on the site who have "High" feedback, as they will give you the easiest buying process.
