They took 24 hours to activate my phone but sent wrong sim card. No one to talk to on Saturday until noon instead of 9am. Had to talk to several reps had to repeat problem over and over. One rep just quit talking to me, she was still on the line, I could hear other reps talking, I kept asking if she was there but she wouldn't answer, If you think I was being rude or angry I wasn't at all. I was asking for help. So I had to hang up and start all over again! I went to Net10. Then got an email from pinzoo wanting my phone number. I gave it to them 30 times they activated my phone supposedly but didn't have my number. They reminded me that i had already paid $44.00. I e mailed back and requested a refund since they were unable to activate my phone and sent the wrong sim card and left me without my phone for 4 days. I don't know whether they will send it back or not I hope so. We'll see. After reading other reviews on other sites it doesn't look good.

NEVER... EVER use these guts. Terrible with their process. Mistakenly used their site instead of Net 10 themselves. Never again! I would rate 0 but 1 is as low as you can go!

I have my account set up to send a reminder when minutes are due so we do not lose any saved up. I did NOT get this message and we lost "lots" of minutes otherwise service is great

Everything is wonderful with Pinzoo... then they started a convenience fee, which isn't really convenient at all... loyal customers shouldn't have this fee...

Fast, quick service

I use Pinzoo to re-up my Simple Mobile account. It allows me to do so at my leisure, since I'm frequently out of the country for short trips and can save money by manually re-upping. But Pinzoo also allows you to auto re-up. Great service, and the best part is that the additional fees are less than what Simple Mobile charges.

Pinzoo offers prompt excellent customer service. Representatives are always polite and helpful. Pinzoo offers a very convenient way to add minutes to your phone plus you get points to redeem so the cost is less than purchasing a card at a store.

I never have to worry that I'll run out of minutes or exceed the "Top Up" date or that I will have to venture out in nasty weather, to go purchase an airtime card. If you don't want the expense of a contract phone service, this is the way to go. I love how easy it is to put minutes on my phone. I have never used up the whole 300 hundred minutes that I purchase and its great that all unused minutes roll over. Awesome job.

I have been using Pinzoo for 4 years now. I have had very few instances that my minutes were late in being posted. Usually it is due to it being after hours.
However, I have not encountered anything but a courteous and efficient response.
They have been prompt to answer any questions and correct any problems that I may have encountered. I actually save approx. $4.00 per pre paid card order going online with Pinzoo, as opposed to purchasing same from a local convience store. I have 3 pre paid cell phones that I purchase minutes for and am very pleased with Pinzoo's services. I shall continue to use them in the future.

Add Minutes

I just went on my account with Pinzoo or order minutes to both of my cell phones. The site has changed to make things easier. I was able to add the minutes to both phones immediately without any additional work. All I had to do is type in both phone numbers under each purchase on the same page. The addition time/funds were added without any addition steps on my part. What a great addition to the site!

Excellent!

We rely on Pinzoo to maintain our U.S. phone while in Canada and it has been a quick, solid and reliable service for us for nearly 5 years. We've dealt with only one snag in that time and the Pinzoo customer service guy was very extremely helpful and stayed with me on the phone (for quite some time) until everything was resolved.
Very much recommended.

Pinzoo is great

II have been using Pinzoo for several months. I will only get my refill minutes/plan here. I don't have to leave the house or go to the store. They will also refill your phone automatically, if you choose to do so it is so easy.

It's easy, quick and professionally done! However, if I am on Auto-Reorder, why do you have to ask to refill? Why isn't it automatically done? You already have my permission! I get confused thinking I am doing it twice. Please answer if you can.
