Love the site and love Petallush dresses. They are very comfortable and wash really well.

Shopping on Petallush was very convenient and the package arrived quicker than expected.

My experience was awful and I do not recommend Petallush to anybody. Huge mistake.

I ordered 5 dresses. One ended up never coming and they told me it was out of stock weeks later when things finally began to ship; one dress was a size small but came looking and being extremely large and extra long- come to find out (after the fact) they said I couldn't return it because it was a final sale and unfortunately, I did not have a screenshot of my order from the day. I ordered it to prove otherwise. So I never got any money back from that and currently it hangs in my closet, unable to be worn without some major altering. Two more dresses also came and did not fit well, and I thought they were not properly represented with their online sizing that I depended on to choose either M or S. So, I only could keep and wear one of the five dresses and that one, after having it a month, the satin liner beneath it is suddenly hanging 2 inches longer than the top part, and I have no idea why and will need to be altered. (It has never been in dryer.)

My return process with this company was miserable and took a total of two months to finally see about $95 back in my bank account after returning 2 dresses. They reimbursed the dress they never sent pretty quickly (not part of my $95). However, they went back-and-forth about four emails trying to wheel and deal to get me to keep the 2 nonfitting dresses instead of returning them. Then I had to pay about $10 to ship the dresses to return. Then I had to follow up to make sure they received it weeks later and make sure they had accepted the return. Then I also had to follow up to ask where the refund was and that it had never shown up in my bank account after they had said it would. Did that two times which took weeks. Finally a week later after the second attempt, the full amount finally showed up and they finally did their part to close the case.

Long story short: it was a huge mistake shopping here and cost me a lot of time and headache managing their chaos on the other end. What I have from it all is one pretty dress that now has a major issue that I will have to fix due to it being improperly made. I do not trust Petallush and absolutely do not find them to be a reputable, upstanding company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products. They certainly do not care about customers. They are poorly managed and count on you not being perseverant in holding them accountable. I will be researching online advertised companies much better than next time.
