Untimely update of tariff left me with a feeling of being cheated. Reliance 123 3G data pack is no more valid for 1 GB data. Paytm has not bothered to update the same. I recharged and got only 400 mb. Whats this?
Last two transactions were paid- debited from donor's accounts but my (receiver's) wallet has not been updated for over 12 hours now. It is an extremely delicate transaction and the customer service personnel aren't picking up my calls. Such lack of professionalism is least expected from Paytm and is Highly disappointing.

People like Uber taxi, shops are reluctant to accept payments by paytm. They reason this because of late transfer of their money received by them by upto 4 to 5bdays. Paytm is loosing its popularity and becoming a headache for the user.

I place order almost every week and so far have not faced any problem. Whatever issues I have faced regarding my refund and wallet has been resolved by the customer care very efficiently and promptly. The service of paytm is at par with Snapdeal and both rocks. However, cashback option in paytm is unbeatable. Some of the areas where paytm need to focus:
- live chat option at front end with the representative
- video clipping on the product (if possible)
- mentioning "warranty" details more explicitly in the product description
- use of international credit cards to fill up the wallet / shop
- multiple delivery options - pricing as per delivery date - faster the higher rate

Totally annoying service they provide. No one will assist you on there $#*!ing customer care number. Even they say this number is not existing on further services. I hate paytm more then its nasty logo.
I booked 4 tickets from Goa to Bangalore on 27/09/2015.The bus got cancelled and I had to board another. After so many reminders through mail, I got the refund only for 2 tickets and for remaining 2 tickets(order no.*******500), they r telling bus was not cancelled. How is that possible for same bus. They dont even see the mail of customers.The worst part is, you can't call to customer care executive to share ur concern.So b ready for Consumer court Forum, and executives who handled my mails gonna suffer most.
Don't buy anything from PayTM:
1. If you cancel the order, they won't refund 100%. But in reality they deduct 4% as processing fees.
2. Customer care service is Pathetic. Was trying numerous time today to get in touch with them but they kept me on hold for all these hours. You need to be very lucky, if you want to speak to customer care. I have sent email and they supposed to reply me in 24 hrs, but still am awaiting.
Choose Amazon or Flipkart they have a very good service.
Earlier it was good but now the app has become just useless. You can add money using your card but while making payment they ask for adding account. Actually I purchased a product by paying the money first, in which i got all products damaged and I raised a complaint through mail to refund my amount by taking there goods back on the same day i received, but till now i did not get any calls or messages. Paytm hire third party agencies to collect their money. The third party agencies call your parents inlaws and tell them that you owe money to Paytm. They also call your finance. When you tell them you do not require post paid money. They forcebly offer you and them harras you by calling you multiple times in a day. Third parties hired by Paytm get your family info from an app that is restricted to use. It's like they have hired bounty hunters to hunt you. It is a night mare to by a customer of paytm
Hi there is lots of complicated to contact customer care communication for new user as well as current user and if we call him other number (not registered on paytm) they only ask enter your lost phone number.

I had recharged a mobile. The site showed SYSTEM ERROR without success. Therefore thinking that the transaction is a failure I repeated the process twice over as it showed again ERROR. After sometime i found that all transaction have gone through and money has been debited. I approached customer care by email, they don't have any telephone to call for urgent requirements. The great customer care took 3 complete days to respond with a default cut and paste reply. Further correspondence also yielded the similar response. After recent growth they seem to ignore customers, hence pl avoid this service as ther is nobody to help, when required.
After 15 days from placing order they say order is returned ( without delivery) and half refund is approved. So during offer season don't go for PayTM otherwise you will miss better option at amazon or flipkart. Also cant talk to executive, no direct no. And nobody listen to you and no body calls back.
Do u know Why Paytm is bad? Because paytm don't care about what seller is sending to customer it is an open platform for sellers/dealers/suppliers where they supply their defective items because there is no penalty or no reviews system for sellers on website. If the same seller dispatches wrong item on amazon.in or zoprix.com then they will be excluded from website by quality team, so why the product quality depends on action of eCommerce service providers over sellers in case of bad service.
Their customer service is worst. They don't have any return & replacement policy. When customer request for return then they simply reject it without any reason.
Don't waste your time and money in product of paytm mall. It's a cheap e-commerce portal.
Earlier i tried to update my kyc documents but it did not get resolved now while payment for post paid is debited twice from my bank and there is no way to contact paytm customer services. All they do is playing with chat box which is not $#*!ing helpful! What should i do
