I bought from Pandahall again this month and selected a 3-4 working days shipping option. My items came in one working day (Pandahall shipped it on Friday and I got it on Monday)! Super fast and prompt shipping! Also, my items were in perfect condition, easily having the quality of things that certain US sites provide, but for something like 25% of the price! (I got clip on components for earrings).
It's not as bad as I though it would be (after seeing all those negative reviews online).
The first time I ordered from them (around Christmas), my order was delayed. The customer service officer contacted me to check if I had received my order and updated me on the possibilities for a delay. The second time, my order arrived promptly.
The product specifications are not very clear and I wasn't entirely satisfied with what I had received. For example, I ordered some cord labelled as "cowhide leather cord", only to receive a roll of plastic-looking cord known as faux leather (which was never mentioned on the site). However, I cannot complain for the price that I've paid. The goods are of reasonable quality (no defects to date).
Pandahall goods are also of the same quality as products on some American beading sites, but for less than half the price. Sure, it may be disorganised and all, but they do offer nickel/lead/cadmium free products, which cannot be said for certain American beading websites.
I will not hesitate to order from them again if I need something from pandahall.
We have ordered several times from this company. On the third order we noticed they had the wrong shipping address. After exchanging several emails the address was never changed. After that point, they simply quit responding and did not ship the package at all. We have been forced to file complaints with the credit merchant. Be careful.

At one time the company seemed to be okay in regards to shipping but recently, with my last orders. They have taken 2 weeks or more on items that were supposed to be ready and shipped within 3 days. The csrs continue to lie about why packages and shipments are delays ie it's on it's way but the information clearly shows that only the label has been printed. On top of it, they've raised their prices and their shipping is about 20% more than other supplier. At one time they were cheaper but you can find the same deals at aliexpress with free shipping.
I was trying to be a loyal customer but reading some of the other negative reviews below mixed with the obvious fake ones most likely from the company employees, I think I'm finally going to have to move on. I need a reliable honest supplier.
Pandahall has over the years provided me with fast service to Australia, and is compliant with current import tariff which means no customs holdups. Service is much appreciated as it their wide ranging catalogue of jewellery components.
Pandahall has a lot of pieces that I cannot get anywhere else and their prices are very good. It does take some time to receive the items to the U.S., so just make sure when you order that you aren't in a big hurry for them. The quality is always good and I've been happy with my purchases.
This site sells products for making jewelry. One note is that they say they will not give you your money back if the product is not defective, but you don't like it. You have 7 days then to exchange it. This site does not allow you to pay directly with a reputable credit card. You must use another service like paypal. These companies do not promise your money back. I would not trust this site.
I absolutely love PandaHall.com the shipping is fast to the UK the beads and all your crafting needs are of excellent quality. I always receive very quick reply's to emails. I honestly cannot recommend PandaHall.com enough.
Pandahall just has more to see and choose from than any other site. 40+ yrs as an artist i've done my share of bead shopping worldwide, pandahall is one of the best. One needs to take some time to go through everything but i've always managed to find what i'm looking for and then some. Their policies for completeing orders are great, giving you time to find substitute or go for a credit which they kindly keep track of.
Customer service with rainy is just the best. She always manages to get whatever sorted out and she is prompt and friendly.
Okay so it's taboo for me to even order from this website because I work at a bead store! I'm a total addict! So I was worried about ordering from China because every thing I make and sell is Stirling silver and semi precious gem stones but after my first few orders I must say these prices are unbalivable and better than the wholesale the store I work for pays! These buttons were just too cute to pass upon them! Im currently working on a little fruit-themed jacket for my granddaughter (turning 3 in a month!) and I know shell absolutely love them! Delivery was fast and the buttons look as cute in real-life as in the websites pictures! I picked the mixed colour ones. I didnt use all of them (only needed them for one little childs jacket) but Im sure Ill have plenty of opportunities to use them in future craft projects. However, they are just a tiny bit smaller than I had expected and I would have appreciated two holes to sew them on instead of one.

PandaHall is great! I get all my jewerly making supplies from pandahall. They always have the latest and newest styles everyone wants and really great prices. Only thing I will say is be careful how much you order because shipping goes by the weight of the products and that can add up real quick.

According to our policy, products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment. And we do accept payment made by credit card directly. You just need to choose the option "Credit/Debit Card" in the payment step. When you have money left with our side, we will firstly put it into your cash account on our site which you can apply for future purchase. If customer like a refund, you just need to send us an email or send us a request from your cash account. We will then issue you the refund quickily. It is easy to handle.
