I was apprehensive about placing order for a wedding and underwent tremendous stress as order wasn't delivered as promised. Before placing order I inquired regarding delivery timeline for my location via WhatsApp. They were very responsive and prompt in reply. Assured 13 days to deliver once order was placed, hence I went ahead and ordered. Few days after order I messaged on WhatsApp with order information, letting them know that order is time sensitive and it's significance given occasion. After anxiously waiting and not receiving shipping confirmation or order update past 10 days of the order, I inquired and was told that my order was delayed and they were working on it. However, the days kept passing and they were unresponsive. I made every possible attempt via WhatsApp, email, phone but could not get a hold of them or get response. After taking my money, they decided to become unavailable and unresponsive. I ended up with no dresses for the bridesmaids for the wedding, was too late to order from anyone else, stores in the USA don't carry more than one piece of same items, and I lost my money. I cannot begin to express the stress and hardship they put me through both emotionally and financially. So, be aware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE because they will disappoint, especially for a wedding, as you can imagine the situation you will find yourself if they don't deliver.

Very happy with online shopping with Panash. Step by step instructions provided for custom stitching are very helpful. Expected to have double stitching inside the dress but have single stitching.
The kurta pajama fits me perfectly, the color is also same as the image. The fabric is lacking somewhat, it is not as shiny as in the photo, apart from that a great outfit.
I ordered a anarkali suit from them for $115 after applying discounts, but when the suit arrived so much work is missing from the suit and the duppata is not from that set, very cheap quality duppata as it belonged to the other similar item which is cheap price, when I asked they tried to bluff, but then I provided the prof then they agreed to send me the similar color duppata but sent me a very light color, I am stuck with defective piece now with mismatch duppata, the other Order was flare red anarkali but when I received it was flat anarkali they bluff a lot like it comes like that but when I provided the proof they try to ignore, poor quality not as seen in website and they sell defective pieces be careful
I complaint to Panashindia about my order that i was completely dissatisfied with my order they provided me store credit for the entire order, I am giving them one more try and used my store credit to order one more dress on February 5th they have dispatched the dress on March 2nd and expected to arrive on March 5th.
This was my first order with Panash and I am really disappointed in the clothing I received, although the shipping was really fast and I got it within 10 days but not what I expected, it was a net sharara suit the net clothing is hard and cheap not flowy at all the stone embellishment are cheap plastic to keep the weight light in shipping, the middle portion of embroidery is completely chopped off means it's missing the sharara is very very stiff and does not take any shape it's something in between sharara and pant and has no shape, I am totally disappointed and I had a long wish list on their website to buy but I don't think I will buy any more from this site.
I gifted a dress to my sister From Panash. My sister and mom loved that dress. They appreciated my choice. Loved shopping with you. I recommend panash to everyone.
Website not honest about delivery time. I placed an order on 3/9/24, not shipped yet and it's 4/3/24

Poor quality workmanship
Saree was torn n damaged. Panashindia would not mail in a return slip. They know it will cost us $64 to $148 to ship back.
Made an order on April 17th to this day I can't receive it. Worst ever. Do not buy clothes if you need it within a 2 week period
