The whole process was awesome from the painter responding, fixing and changing details I wanted done to the painting and customer service when I had trouble with the pomo code and any other questions I had.

Had been really struggling on what to buy my wife for Christmas this year. Never head of Paint Your Life until listening to the Matt Walsh podcast one afternoon. The light bulb came on and instantly I knew my problem was solved. Returned home; brought up your website; read some; submitted her picture. Was showed a mock-up of my painting for approval. Was allowed many options to add stuff to the painting or remove stuff or have a different background etc. Did not avail myself of any but might on any sugsequent picture. Was kept informed on progress on my painting and shown a picture of the painting when it was finished and offered another chance to make changes of express and disapproval(s). Was happy. Was initially annoyed they would not accept a P.O. Box for delivery as that is what we usually do in this small town. But went along. Was informed when it was shipped with an ETA on delivery. To the day, I saw a person at my gate and went out and he gave me the package. It was very well boxed and packed with lots of bubble wrap etc. When unpackaged it was very happy with the picture and the frame. Very solid all around. Re-packaged it, wrapped it and it is hidden now waiting for Christmas. Overall, a very easy, informed-all-along-the-way, pleasant purchasing experience. And it did not take long either. I'll be doing this again for sure.

My wife loved it. We wanted something special to symbolize our marriage and celebrate our first anniversary and this hit the nail on the head.

It was an easy process. The artist was able to capture my little brother in-law's features, by using multiple pictures. The artist also makes sure the customer likes the out come, you can request editing things that you may not like.The portrait came out beautiful, and best of all my mother in-law loved it.

The entire process was designed to be user-friendly, catering to both younger and older users. Navigating through the steps was smooth and straightforward. All you needed to do was follow the incredibly simple instructions. Moreover, each step could be completed within just a few hours of starting the process.

The painting is despite multiple iteration not what I wanted. It was delivered one dsy zoo late, despite express service. I have ordered 3 painting in total and the others were perfect.

I had suggested that you submit a copy of portrait with finished frame to the payee especially if it's being shipped to another party and not the payee.

It is truly a great service and would advice people to send in any art work they want done. The art work I had done was for my fiancée and her family after losing two of the most important people in there lives several years ago and I wanted to do something special for them, so the picture I sent is what I wanted done and it turned out perfectly.
