Ordering the product was very easy, but I provided my phone number in order to get the 30% discount, then I tried to place my order, but I didn't get the discount code. I waited and waited. I was about to cancel the order and try again tomorrow. Then I got interrupted by a phone call. By the time the phone call was over, my discount code finally came through, so I used it. But if it hadn't been for the phone call interruption, I probably would have canceled the order since I didn't get the discount code immediately. I guess I'm suggesting that if someone submits a request for a discount code, it needs to arrive in less than 10 seconds, otherwise you could lose some orders. Thanks for listening

Great socks and easy shopping! Pacas socks are warm and cozy. When I wear them, I don't usually need slippers at all.

Quick, easy, efficient, to order. I had ordered compression socks(received and they are perfect) and after I completed the order I saw they had slippers on sale, which I wanted in the past, so I ordered them, a separate, 2nd,order. So silly, but I did it again, a 3rd order as I saw the slouchy socks in sale. There's no way to combine the orders after completing each order, which meant each orders total, alone, didn't qualify for free shipping. I wrote an email to support. Very prompt and responsive, they did not charge me for 3 seperate shipping fees, despite the fact I didn't respond right away! Thank you!

Choosing a product was fairly easy, though I wish individual pairs could be ordered instead of only the gift/multi packs. I also was disappointed in the tracking, there were no updates or information available on the tracking website, the package just showed up one day.

I started wearing Pacas this winter as a second pair of socks to help keep my feet warm on my long walks with my 2 dogs. They were great because they are lightweight but warm and fit inside my boots.
I ordered large. Got M-L. Still feel small when my toes feel scrunched.

Gotta say very soft! I haven't been to the gym since I got them, but expect comfort. The only drawback is the sizing. I wear a 9, got the large and they seem a bit snug. I also gave my daughter in law a pair. She's the gym rat! Hopefully try them out this week.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
