My wife asked for these socks for Christmas. See is very pleased with the warmth and softness.
Site was not set up to see reviews of individual products,, have to scroll through many many reviews to see one on product I was looking at
So easy! Great overall buying experience! I was in and out in minutes.
I bought socks for my sister-in-law for Christmas. She is cold natured and requested these socks. They were easy to pick out and cute colors and styles. An easy shopping experience.
Returned for smaller size. The Alpaca (41%) didn't shrink-but socks stretch from the acrylic, spandex and nylon.
I was only interested in the scarf, so didn't pay attention to the other options.
Quick and easy even for someone like me who has trouble typing.
Fast. Easy. Husband loves the compression socks and he has tried many brands but stayed pacas are the best by far
Bought for holiday gifts and chose from the sale bundles. Wonderful socks. Despite the discount, still way over priced.
Fast and expedient and I love the product. Warm and soft/
Your website hangs up when I go to pay. I've been trying for over a week now.
Cute designs, good color choices. Should get at least 2 years of use for the socks.
My new Pacas feel wonderful. I was excited to give them to a friend for her Christmas gift. She liked them.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed right away and got a reply immediately too. The correct size was delivered.
I received a message one of them was no longer available but I refreshed and was able to get it. Hopefully that is correct?
Today was easy but in the past the customer service was terrible
This time my experience was great. In the past the customer service has been terrible. Still trying to exchange or return my last order. It seems you are redeeming yourself now. Product is great, ordering was easy. So 3 stars is what I give until Pacas responds to my complaint about my last order..
Love love love my socks so bought scarves for everyone. Easy to navigate website. I only wish I'd waited later to order as the discounts got better closer to Christmas.

Ok finding color for green socks pack of 3 in one bunch
I had good experience with Pacas...good products and good delivery service. The only concern I have is that I tried to take advantage of a 20percent discount which would not calculate at the time of checkout. I sent a message asking if they could somehow fix the 20 percent discount for me but I never got a reply. Other than that, I really like the company and their products.
I hate that I missed all the sales. I clicked on the 20% off link and it did nothing for me. It did not calculate in my order. I clicked on the link and it stated I would get an email but I never got the email. Is there someway I can get the 20% off of this order?
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
