I regularly shop on Ozsale but get very frustrated at the delays in products being delivered. Often the time range listed is not correct. It makes it difficult to buy gifts off the site as it is hard to know if they will arrive in time.
I actually don't shop a lot on the internet however when l do l always seem to purchase with Ozsale as l'm confident l will have no issues and l like the way l know when my parcel is about to arrive Thankyou
I've been shopping with Ozsale for quite a while now and I always have good experience shopping with them. They just introduce the ezy pay which is absolutely divine as it gives you the freedom to pay your items over 6 weeks. Gives the shoppers ways to save more.
Oz sale provides a good range of products. I would like brand names highlighted more. Could have an express shipping option? However the timeline you provide is handy but it does seem to take a long time to get an order. Good to see more Australian products and companies.
I've ordered two Samsung s21 phone refurbished 'Grade A (as new condition)' from ozsale. One of which the camera was not working and had visible scratches on it. It shouldn't have been described as "as new condition" I immediately contacted ozsale through their email system which they said I can return and they will assess the phone.
I've told them I didn't want a replacement and want a refund instead and kept asking when I will get my refund. To which they've kept replying that the assessment centre will contact me and resolve the issue.
The assessment centre contacted me and stated that they've already shipped a replacement phone. I felt completely ignored and it is not the outcome I wanted.
I wish I've read all the reviews in this site. Would've saved me time and money. Don't risk it.
AVOID BUYING FROM OZSALE WEBSITE. UNTRUSTWORTHY SELLER AND WORKERS WHO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS.
Have made quite a few purchases lately and looking forward to receiving them in the mail. I always worry that they won't fit or not be of good quality. Some things I have bought were a disappointment in regard to quality of fabric. However, I have purchased some good designer labels at a greatly reduced cost.
I have been sending messages through my account for weeks, all recent messages ignored. I see this site gets a response which is weird.
I cancelled an order and they are refusing to refund my PayPal account.

I love ozsale! I love seeing different brands and of course my usual brands on sale! It's a good way to online shop without going to a department store. The sales are ridiculous and unbeatable. I've discovered new Australian brands aswell and it's a good way for us Australians to support our country's brands. What would make ozsale ever more amazing is free shipping, free returns and also receiving all the goods at once, then I wouldn't have to go anywhere else

For around half of my orders Ozsale won't send all
Of the items. They also have a new policy where they apparently won't tell you what it is they won't send you, you have to log in and look for yourself. This was 3 weeks after I placed the order they just cancelled it out of no where, no contact, no email, no apology, nothing.
In about 20 orders this has happened about 9 times, so buyer beware.
When I contact them about this their only response was 'we refunded you, so we will close your query'.
Do yourself a favour and shop around elsewhere, they simply don't do what they say they will.

They are held aside for us by our brand partners. Once the sales event has completed, the stocks are sent to our warehouse based on the number of orders made. Therefore, we rely on the inventory count being accurate. Unfortunately, sometimes these counts do not tally and we only realize them while we are packing the orders. Hence, in this situation, we have no choice but to refund our customers for orders that we are unable to fulfill. We do send out an email to explain this and sometimes depending on your email filter setting they may go to your Junk/Spam folder. I am sorry that you did not receive the email to explain this situation. We appreciate the feedback which you have provided and this will be raised to assess what went wrong with your orders and how we can improve and avoid this from happening again. Every aspect is made easy. From selection right through to purchase. I love how there is a picture of your chosen items in the 'basket' just before you make the purchase ensuring it's the right product.
I look forward to looking at Ozsale each morning and have bought a number of things that come at almost random times. Only thing I find is that they way confirmation is, unless you note the number and what you ordered, you lose track. I'm still waiting on a couple of things, when others I ordered later have already arrived.
Ok my update on the 17th of January someone finally called me about this and today I received a refund.
However this has taken far too long to resolve and as such I will not be changing my star rating. I see that quite a few of the bad ratings here are from long term customers of OzSale who have just started having problems and that is also the case for me.
This issue should not have taken nearly 30 emails to your customer service department and me writing bad reviews to be resolved.
OzSale you need to improve your customer service and resturns policy ASAP or you will keep receiving bad reviews. You need to answer people when they have an issue not ignore or send the same standard response.
You need to make it an easy process when things go wrong if you want to be a trusted company.
Thank you for finally refunding my money and putting this issue right.

Have just received another email from so called customer service. It is the exact response they sent in the 21 of December stating they need to investigate. Come on OzSale this has gone on long enough the parcel is missing stop ignoring me or when you do reply sending the same standard reply that does nothing - time to refund my money long over due I paid for these items in November.
I have left over 16 emails on your contact us page that you chose to ignore instead you chose to give me your fake standard response on here that states nothing using an 02 number that doesn't work. Still haven't got what I paid for that's the issue OzSale. Stop waisting my time and refund my money SHAME ON YOU
This website has terrible customer service if you actually get any response. I placed and order and the sale closed in November - firstly they told me the products had not arrived the latest is that the product has been delivered and they are following up with the courier company. They give excuse after excuse and give computer generated responses. I should have had the order in November and still nothing now I have emailed them about 16 times and they have not responded.
Received a faulty product and have been played tennis back and forth messaging trying to get a refund and been getting the run around making it complicating for a simple request of a product that didn't work and now battling to get the money we paid for it … it's the principle

I really like the new payment plan. I have been able to purchase some much needed new clothes, which I have received and love, on the payment plan. The things I've ordered my new grandson for his first Christmas are unique.

Ozsale has won me over, the app is easy to use which has made the best online shopping experience for all users! The discounts they offer and the variety they offer is beyond any sale I've ever seen. Everytime I scroll through I tell myself I shouldn't buy anything but I do, every single time! The only word I can describe it as is amazing and that doesn't even do it justice!
Have found some great bargains. Haven't had a problem yet with the merchandise. Only thing to be aware of is products can take a long time to get to you but this is fully disclosed at time of purchase.
