The sizing was way off, I wear a 7 which is what I ordered they were more like an 8. The return process would have been a nightmare with the shoes coming from out of the country.

First timer and happy with product. Will share with friends.

It's very colourful & I'm not sure how confortable it is but I have to find out when my niece is going to try it for the first time

Satisfaction guaranteed? But shoes can only be returned if they are not worn? How can I know if they are comfortable without wearing them? If I am not satisfied... haven't I worn them? No sense at all.

Men's shoe fit true to size but bottom came off after first time wearing them. Women's shoes weren't true to size. They are too small

I thought I was ordering from a site that's based in the United States. I didn't like the fact that I had to wait 2 weeks for the sneakers.

The shoes were ok. Just not as good as I expected.

These shoes were made for walking. Very happy wth my choice of walking shoe product

There was no return receipt or receipt of purchase with the package. Purple shoes are too short and hurt my toes.

I love the shoes for standing on my feet for more then 9.5 hours a day

Shies were too small. I thought this was a US company. Shoes took a long time to get here from China. Quality seems good but I can't wear mine.

Shoe took a bit to get here other than that no real complaints with the ordering

First pair did not fit because I used their sizing chart. I wear a USA 10. So after sending additional money to them to send me a USA 12 I received them and they were narrower than the 10. And no room for the intersole that was included with them. They are not worth the price, the time involved or the aggravation. I want my money back.

Great customer service, and I really like the shoes.

Run small, I should have ordered a half size bigger I walk over 4 miles a day and my big toe on both feet has bruises on the Nail bed.

I placed my order and received notification from my credit card of international transaction. I contacted OmegaWalk and requested cancellation. Representative stated she could not cancel the order even though it had been only a few hours. Shipping was lengthy as package had to clear customs. Will not purchase from this seller again.

First pair I ordered just weren't for me. The heel was so high on the I thought for sure I would roll my ankle. But Omega Walk made it right and sent me a new pair to try and I'm so happy I decided to because I'm in love with this new pair. Perfect arch support without the big heel and my feet can breathe!
