It was very easy to shop. Also the shoes were very nice looking. Very affordable. They have the arch support I need.

I wear 8.5, so ordered a 9 and could barely get one on. They wouldn't fit my friend who wears an 8 either. They are cute, but have a slick bottom. No response from company when I requested directions to return. Noticed they charge 15% restocking fee, so I'll donate mine.

Easy and convenient! I do however need to return part of my order, How do I do that? I just got out of the hospital so I do hope I can do this now!

I bought two pair to try on at home knowing I could return them if they didn't fit. Unfortunately you didn't disclose no returns on sale or discounted items prior to this. Now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit.

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and when I contacted them for help, they sent me the correct size for only the cost of shipping. I will order from Omega Walk again.

Not what I expected. The reviews posted on the website said they were great shoes, mediocre at best.

I received the shoes on a timely manner. I was a little disappointed in the size. None of the reviews stated that they run a little small. I did like the style and color of them though.

Ordering was fine, received when expected. Always worried when buying off Facebook. I have been scammed many times.

I made this order on the 28th of September and am still waiting for my order. If I had known it was coming from out of country, I would not have ordered. That being said, these shoes were worth waiting for. Best Shoes I've ever owned. Will buy again, for sure.

Shopping was ok... the delivery time is longer than it should be

Not as comfortable as I thought they would be even with the extra insert I ordered.

The shoes were comfortable when I was finally able to put them on. It took me roughly 10 minutes to get them on due to my knee pain. The backs kept folding, making it hard, again due to knee pain, to slip them on. I should have ordered a size bigger I guess.

The foot wear was smaller than the average 9 I usually order. And the shoes were hard when I tried them on.

Omega Walk shoes are very comfy and true to size. I stand on my feet for hours some days and these shoes minimize the discomfort. I've received many compliments when I wear them.
