I placed an order and paid for express shipping in order for it to be here on time for my family event. They shipped my order the same day but the tracking number never updated. When I tried contacting them they claimed that my package is "lost" and refunded me $11 for the express shipping. I didn't ask for a refund I seriously need my order I bought 3 dresses and planned on wearing one of them. I work for a shipping company and know that they basically printed out my label but never shipped it really, and now I'm stuck with nothing to wear.
One of the worst websites I've ever ordered clothes from! 1. Came 2 weeks late! 2. Dress literally fell apart in 1 hour of wearing it and I mean it ( 1/2 sequins came off, zip broke and the dress ripped as the sticking was so weak) and jut to highlight I paid £60 for it therefore I expected the quality to be there. 3. Customer service is NON EXISTENT and I mean it, wrote 8 emails now within 3 weeks and still no response no neither one of them. I would definitely recommend to keep away from their website as it's a joke with horrendous pricing.
I have been emailing about my reference number because I do not have an order number because I need to return an item. It's been 4 days and no response even though the email I received back said I would have a guaranteed response in 24 hours. I'm beyond frustrated! Has anyone had this issue?
Worst experience with an online clothing company. I ordered a dress from this website on the 6th of December and paid for express delivery which cost £10 and said it would take 2-3 days. Now 9 days later I still haven't received my package and the company has ignored my 2 emails (which I send 48 hours apart). I would advise to stay well away from this website as it is an absolute sham. I will be sure to never order from them again.
If I could give negative stars I would. Numerous emails sent with a generated email response back none of my questions answered. I was expecting my item within 10 business days it has not been 25 days with absolute zero correspondence. Never again
They have zero customer service someone was supposed to reach out to me in 6 hours it has now been 2 days. My order that I placed 2 weeks ago still hasn't arrive and they have no answers.
This was my first time ordering from the company. Ordered a dress that I needed for an event and it never came. The communication between Oh Polly and I was okay but super delayed and drawn out due to it being via email only. Waited 2.5 weeks for the dress and to no avail. Probably won't order from them again.
I had a problem with a parcel that I didn't end up receiving unfortunately but I can't thank the people at oh Polly enough, it only took 3 days after contacting them for the problem to be solved and I was constantly kept updated by moya, Ellie and molly. Thank you so much x
Was unsure of this company at first but myself and sister have ordered dresses from here and had a great experience. I had an issue with my dress and this was resolved by the team, particularly by Molly who picked up my email and solved the issue is a speedy mannar. Clothing is lovely and definatley worth the price
I bought two dresses off this website & i'm honestly pretty happy with them. I'm an American size 4 so I got an 8 and they both fit snug but I like the tightness of the dresses. On the one dress I ordered the straps broke after the first time i took the dress off but thankfully it looks better without straps. I have no complaints for the second dress but I haven't worn it yet. Although I actually like the quality of the dresses i definitely think for the price i paid the straps should NOT have broken. Like i said, I got lucky because I can still wear the dress and I was originally worried when I saw a lot of bad reviews about people being scammed. While i love my dresses i'd just be very careful and prepare for possible disappointment because there are a LOT of bad reviews and it costs $$$. But if you're willing to spend it then you might just end up loving your purchase :)

I still haven't received the dress I purchased due to the brexit (since I'm in France) and covid 19 but Nikki Gina and Aimee were so nice and fast to answer my demands. It's always a good experience purchasing on the oh polly website because I know the customer service is the absolute best

I think these dresses are meant for midgets because I'm not even that tall 5'6 and a half and the dress I ordered was so short on me it ended half way up my butt. It almost ripped trying to get it on because it had a bodysuit underneath that was soo tiny and not even shown to have on the pictures of the website. I wouldn't not reccomend these dresses if your even 5'4" and up there's no way it'd fit. But they did let me return it and get a refund.
I needed to send back a parcel but missed the cut off due to circumstances out of my control. Ellie G was so polite, kind and helpful in her response and sorted it straight away. Definitely an asset to the company.
I'm not one to leave reviews, but the quality of items and excellent standard of customer service needs to be shared.
Firstly, super impressed with the high quality and excellent stitching/fabric of the pieces of clothing I ordered (mostly swim). It's not typical to find this type of quality in a bikini that's sub $50.
Secondly, I had to do some exchanges for different sizes/styles. This could not have been easier. The three ladies I worked with (Sarah, Stephanie and Molly) were prompt, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure the exchanged items were processed quickly. They even shipped out the exchanged goods before my return to them had finished being processed. This was great because we had a trip planned and the exchanges would have otherwise not arrived in time.
Finally, shipping. SO FAST. I was not expecting a 2 or 3 day delivery but that's what I got! Both with the original order - and the exchanged items.
Really awesome company. Definitely earned a loyal customer.
I have ordered from OP before and usually am content with the quality of the materials. However, my recent experience, June 2022, the fabric and material felt much cheaper then what I assumed. The dress I ordered was also super wrinkled up and made the try on part look very cheap. I was deeply disappointed since I relied on it fitting like previous dresses and will be returning. Sad to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered from bo and tee, oh polly's workout line for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was. It was a nice thick material and super flattering on. Not only are the clothes great I had the best assistance from Sophie, Ellie, Sarah and Kate who patiently clarified everything and responded very quick. Will be ordering again very soon.
Possibly the best customer service I've received in a long time! Very efficient staff! Ellie and Emily C went above and beyond in every way! I've now received my order and absolutely love it! Aimee and Stephanie have also been lovely. Thank you again!
First place I'd look for a dress or two piece if I was having a night out or special occasion. Only problem I have to worry about is not getting the same dress as my sister or friends! As we all end up turning out in oh polly dresses. If I have a oh polly dress on I always get people asking where it's from just love.
