My first order I had several broken bulbs and was upset but contacted the company and Judy was awesome.
Needed to find the right extension cables for a couple of light fixtures previously purchased. They were hard to find anyplace and initially they weren't listed on ohbulbs' web site either. Sent an email and Mike responded. He followed up and a couple of days later sent me a link to these cables. The order process was straightforward as always, and I had them a few days later.

It was quick and easy to place an order with awesome prices. Shipping was a little delayed so I wrote to customer service and they wrote back promptly. I received the item with no flaws.

Experience with company was awesome; however FEDEX not so good. Spent money on first overnight and was promised product would be here before 11:00 am. Product did not get to us until 3:45 pm. It costs us to have to pay for another day of lift rental fees ($285.00). FEDEX claimed a winter storm caused the delay. The storm was in the midwestern US—not on the east coast. Product arrived in Raleigh befor 6:00 am and arrived in Greenville, NC at 10:57am but didn't get to us until 3:45 pm—so much for first overnight! Contacted FEDEX and they refuse to give us any money back.
