I ordered a pair of Yeezy from them and received it on time though I had a minor trouble with the payment but they attended my concern professionally. Overall the transaction was smooth. Would definitely recommend!

I have placed 4 orders in total and i'm very pleased with the service and products I bought! I managed to gift my loved ones awesome and dope sneakers! As i'm a sneaker head myself To be honest, the website and app are super friendly, customer service replied to all my emails and called me several times to assure my size. Definitely placing more orders soon and recommending my friends to purchase from oFour.

When see the product 2-3 days. After u buy it u get a 7 to 10 business days delivery. Call up the call center, i shall add rush to it. After 7days call again, he did help but it will take the same time.

Me i want my order cancelled and amount refunded as i ordered for a particular day and now it will be way overdue by the time it arrives

They no sir only can do store credit.
But let me see will speak to the manager and put up a request, will let us know tomorrow.

Next day i call the phone lines keeps disconnecting

Never buy from this guys! It will take you nowhere when you file a complaint regarding the damaged shoes they're selling! Til now haven't heard from them since I filed a complaint! This is the first and last time I'm gonna buy from them! Don't waste your money with this guys! So disappointed! I said I wanted to return and refund they never replied to my email again!

Note:
When i open the Jordan 4 box that I received it has a very strong rubber/glue smell came from the shoes which is not normal for original Jordan shoes that i purchased from the Jordan Boutique.

Very rare to find companies like this in Dubai,

In my 19 years of living in Dubai I have never experienced such bad customer service. At some point they weren't trying to give me my shoes nor my money. I had to mention that the issue was going to escalate to higher authorities such as the police and that's when they got scared and gave me my money back after 4 months. Very rare to find companies like this in Dubai and they're one of them scammers.

I was hesitant at first to order because of the bad reviews i saw online. I gave it a go and ordered a pair of Jordans. After placing my order, someone contacted me from Ofour team to confirm the size of the shoes I ordered. I also asked them about the delivery time frame and I was told it will take minimum 10 working days (yes its working days, weekends not counted). I just waited patiently and my shoes even arrived earlier than the given ETA.

Most of the negative reviews are about
1. Delivery Time
- i think the shoes will come from another country thats why it will take a while for them to deliver your order. You just have to wait patiently.
2. Price
- their prices are even cheaper than mall price. I think its normal for resellers to increase their price?
3. Their selling fake stuff
- its 100% legit!

So happy with my experience. Will definitely order stuff from them in the future!

Website is very friendly n easy to find what I was looking for. My experience was great from ordering my item from their App to delivering it to my address in Toronto.

I wasn't sure if the picture of the shoes I ordered weren't as good as they looked in their App but I was wrong, shoes looked as good as their pictures and packaging was good.

I would use OFour again to find unique shoes and other unique items.

I got my delivery really fast even they said up to 14 working days on the phone. Overall, very satisfied with their service so will be placing more orders with them soon and I am a dunks collector and these people have very good collection.

I ordered an amazing pair sneakers from them but unfortunately I ordered a size too small - their professionalism in dealing with exchanges and delivering the correct size in a timely manner is unmatched. They kept me updated throughout the shipping process too. Also, packing was great!

I understand that some customers might have negative experiences that pushes them to write reviews, however there are also customers who have extra positive experiences like me who also share their feedback to help other customers decide for themselves.
I am a loyal customer who buys regularly from Ofour.com and i really dont believe that they do scrapping on big websites as this is not possible since they do a lot of deliveries same day in dubai. Of course some products takes longer around 10 days, but this is also the case with much bigger websites globally.
I just thought that its only fair to mention my experiences which has been nothing but excellent so far. Am also proud to have such company that offers these kind of prodcut selection in our region with installment plans that makes it much easier for me to use.

I purchased 5 Topps F1 hobby box and 5 Topps Chrome hobby box from them. The expected shipment time is 10-14 business days. 15 days passed and they tell me they will ship it in a few days. They shipped it, however I only received 3 hobby boxes and 1 chrome. I have since tried to connect with their live chat daily and they don't reply, and also not to my email. Beware of these scammers. I'll post more reviews elsewhere and on YouTube soon. They scammed me for thousands.

Ofour kept my return for more than 30 days when they do not have any intention of refunding me. Apparently it got rejected because of some "tag" missing. If rejected why not send back the sneakers to me? So you keep my money and the Nike x Off-white sneakers?

My guess is these guys purchase from a site like stockx.com and then mark the prices up even further. Their website looks very similar. Don't bother with them - go direct to stockx. My experience was bad. Item arrived nearly a month later and broken. Eventually I got a refund but because I paid via PayPal a foreign currency charge of 600AED was taken and NOT returned from PayPal with the refund! PayPal just responds with check our currency charges….

This app was very easy to use and it was all straightforward. All the prices are affordable and since I'm a major sneaker head I look for the most affordable and AUTHENTIC products that I can find. Ofour goes beyond my expectations and satisfies me more than any other platform.

I tried them with yeezys and jordan and both sneakers were authentic, was little skeptical as they do have a large collection which is strnag e, however was very comfortable after I had my pairs inspected by both adidas and jrdan store in Dubai.
