They sure do have some great prices but at a price... of Your privacy and valuable time.
After asking for an SMS verification, and getting your money from your bank account or debit card, they will block the transaction and request you to send them a passport, a selfie, and a picture of the card you used and even a bank statement if they feel the need for it.
I canceled my order and requested a refund, it was by far the worst experience online. I don't know why I want to "test" them, I have good history with other distributor. Horrible experience.

TLDR: delayed verification due to very mediocre built-in picture scanning software
My friends all recommended me to use OffGamers, because they had the best rates, but they warned in advance of a long/delayed/frustrating verification process... I didn't think it would be that bad, so i gave it a shot.
I understand verifying the buyers' identity in case of fraud, but the built in software is complete trash. Why isn't there an option to upload photos, or a button to take the picture manually? Since the scanner automatically takes the picture, it comes out blurry or undesirable. Then due to security reasons, we cannot directly attach driver's licence to the email correspondence, which is understandable and good business practice, but further delays the verification procedure. But for a business catered towards gamers... I'm sure you know some transactions in game are time sensitive.
