Sorry, I don't usually type in all caps but I wanted to get my point across. I have not ordered from Offgamers but I work for a company that's *constantly* receiving calls from Offgamers customers. People try to cancel their orders and get their money back and they're not able to or they haven't gotten their gift cards yet, etc. We also get charged by the minute so it costs us money when people don't understand that the number they were given is incorrect. It's awful and I feel awful since there's absolutely nothing I can do about it; there's no way I can help them. So this is me trying to help. Please, PLEASE do not order anything from them.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

My card was fraudulently used on their site to buy gift cards, I emailed them showing proof that my card was fraudulently used and that the person using my card didn't use my name! They said they can't refund me per their return policy! That's all good and well if I actually bought the cards from you if my card was fraudulently used what has a return policy got to do with anything! They are scammers but my bank will get my funds back and they will have to pay a chargeback fee too.

Here's my breakdown:
Is it Cheap? Yes. / Is it a scam? No.
I've read a lot of reviews about getting fake and used codes. It has never happened to me (I have spent over 7k$ on this website already) but I won't say that it won't happen once in a while. It happened to me on other sites that had better reviews and so far this is the cheapest and most reliable one I found. The prices and fees are a tad bit cheaper than other websites that sell the same thing. Also, variety is good.

It the delivery fast? Sometimes.
The code delivery is fast, although sometimes they need quite a long time for processing and verification (probably a few hours to 2 days). If the items got out of stock and you paid for it, they'd refund you by adding credits to your offgamers account for future purchase, OR not always but sometimes they restock in a few days. Also, the codes are not sent via email, instead it is in their website, order section, and the order # is a link and the code should be in there unless it's a direct top up.

How is the stock?
The stock of the cards are usually pretty good and plenty for hundreds and thousands of people to buy. There are times though, that the cards are out of stock for over a month... well, this just gotta deal with it and find alternatives until they come back.

What is up with the ID verification?
Of course, there's also people complaining about the website asking for ID upload. That is something almost every game card selling website ask for to verify the payment card owner and the identity of the person buying, it is only a one time thing.

Issue?
There is a monthly purchase limit and up to now I still have no idea how much is the limit. The only way to bypass the limit is to pay via over the counter options such as western union... which is quite annoying sometimes, especially when your country's WU doesnt allow online payments.
Another issue is with contacting the support team. Other than via email there is no other way to contact them.

Overall?
A pretty good site for cheap cards. Reliable sellers, but not always perfect of course! Sometimes just gotta be patient with delivery times, and out of stock items.

I wrote a couple of tickets that i want a refund of my canceled order until today they dont try to solve it, Secondly if you ask about to transfer your Store Credits to PayPal or what ever Paymentmethod you use they just deleted my Ticket. There is no way to recover your Money or get it back once it is in their hands not even an option to sent back money to any Paymentservice but you can charge your Store Credits with Paypal etc. vice versa is not possible.
STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY HUGE SCAMMERS.

Very good discounts and would be happy to use again, swift transaction and the transaction went through well, secure website all seems well, had some great discounts on PSN codes at the time of use.
