Their verification process is too long and requires for your selfie with your ID. Which I think is ridiculusly disturbing. I would never use it.

Purchased a psn card and they took very long time saying that they are verifying the transaction when I contacted them they told me that I will take over to 12 hours and until now i don't know whether am going to receive my code or not. It's not recommended at all

Purchased a Google Play code from them (£50), so not cheap. Was provided the code, but it wasn't activated. This was after repeatedly contacting the Offgames support. They then redirected me to Google, saying it was their problem! Still no activated code! Avoid at all costs!

I bought a PSN card (IDR 400,000) and after 30 minutes got an email saying the item is out of stock, but they can't give me an ETA.

The issue is their website is still allowing people to buy (Buy button is active) instead of showing out of stock.

This is a scam and I am extremely frustrated

Horrible service, cannot speak well. Poor communication and customer support. Online banking always error and process so slow. Stupid verification for normal payment. If customer made a mistake of wrong giftcard, no exchange and refund provided. Call support should be more open and willingly to speak with enthusiam and show concern for the customer rather than strict policy.

I purchase a lot of gift cards and this is my favorite place to purchase from. Yes, you have to confirm your identity, but that applies to any site like this (and it is a good thing), and you really only have to do it 1 time. After that, purchases are complete in seconds and your gift card is available. Keep up the great work, thank you again!
