The company was fast and courteous the post office sent the package to the wrong house so I didn't receive our package for two weeks

I am very excited about getting the smell out of my house.

O think it worked. I don't smell the dead rat smell hardly at all.

Check out was not as user friendly. Had to re-do several times.
Was going to pay with pay pal but couldn't get it to complete order.
Noticed that shipping was higher paying with another method?

Disappointed in packaging

There was no option for returning the product inside of the package. I've emailed the company with no response.

I just received the product and have no idea if it works or not.
We have to deoderize an entire single wide mobile home of human urine odor.
If it works you will hear from us again with another order...until then...
