To be fair I've only tried once and it was on grout of a ceramic tile floor. Those circumstances may affect the effectiveness of the product. I'll try again.
After order got a delay, you were more than helpful in getting the issue resolved & very helpful in credit back. I have had a few days to try the product & I'm pleased on the way it is working. So, will be telling friends and family about it since no one had heard of it before.Thanks again on quick action.
Does not work I have followed directions exactly and it does not work
I received my order it's been 24hrs and there is no difference in the smell. Hopefully I will soon see a difference
Website was easy to use. Shipment was nicely packed in a sturdy carton. Time in transit was very reasonable for the locations of the Shipper and the Customer.

Very good effective product, use it diluted in my disabled sons clothes and all the urine and stool orders are gone. Have also used to just soak the clothes, only thing I wish it wasn't so expensive, because without it, the clothes would not smell clean, I highly recommend Odoreze consentrate.

Works great! No odors from urine. Cleans great. My mother has to use a bedside toilet at night and no odor in the am.

Worked really great with the smell in my deep freezer after the loss of power for a couple weeks and all meat spoiled in it it smelled like a dead body this did not take all the smell away but did take most of it to the point i could then stand the smell enough to finish disinfecting and cleaning it with oout this stuff the freezer was going to the landfill
Shopping was easy, now lets hope it works with all the smoke in the air from the fires.
Sadly it was a very nice pad but too thick for my purposes. Customer service was happy to swap it out for another option that may be more suitable.
It worked on some of the odors that I bought it for, but didn't remove all of the odors. I still think it's a good product.

Easy and nice to have several shipping options
The order was place at 12:30pm PST on a Friday. I was hopeful it would be shipped the same day as we had an urgent need. It's not the companies fault, but as they are on the East Coast, I missed thier same day ship time and as it was a Friday, missed thier next day ship. So that is something to be aware of. I am really happy with the product, it is working very well and recommend it. The company is professional and you just need to know of time zones, frames and days of the week. The overall ship time once it was in the process was shipped on Monday and received on Thursday. I do recommend the company and the product.
