Tenet plan - Bad experience
July 6, 2025

Dear NoBroker Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced recently while relocating from Bengaluru to Delhi. While in Bengaluru, I had the impression that NoBroker provided excellent service, largely due to my positive experience with the "NoBrokerHood" app in our society. Despite my friends cautioning me about NoBroker's poor service in North India, I decided to proceed with NoBroker. As soon as I started looking for flats in Gurgaon, I was inundated with pitch calls from NoBroker. I understand this is part of the regular process, so I took no offense. I opted for the "Super Relaxed" plan, mistakenly thinking the "relaxed" part referred to me. Later, I realized it was meant for NoBroker, not me. I was informed that there would be two Relationship Managers (RMs) assigned to help me finalize a flat in Gurgaon: Ashfia (back-end) and Sanjay (field). Since I was based in Bengaluru, NoBroker recommended this plan. The day I made the payment (~₹9,000), I tried reaching out to the RMs but couldn't get in touch with either of them. For the next week, I struggled to see any flats virtually but failed. Not a single flat was shown to me in 7-10 days. Eventually, Ashfia called me about a flat in Godrej Summit, Sector 102. I agreed to see it, and it was the first flat shown to me virtually by Sanjay and Ashfia. We noticed some construction work in the society but were unclear about its extent. We asked for the actual status of the building, but the in-field RM only showed us the better-looking areas, not the actual scenario of the entrance and building. It seemed they were intent on closing this property deal. Trusting the NoBroker team (my biggest mistake), we finalized the property and paid a token amount to the flat owner. When my family (my 5-year-old child, my wife, and I) arrived in Gurgaon to see the flat physically, we were shocked. The entire lane was waterlogged, passing through a slum area, and the building was still under construction. It appeared the society had very low occupancy because of this. We were completely shocked as the property was not as shown virtually. I was not informed of the complete truth about the property. Now, I am without a flat and have to start the search again. I tried reaching out to Ashfia immediately, but she did not respond. After much effort, when she finally responded, she said she couldn't do anything and that I needed to talk to customer care. I have spoken to numerous people at NoBroker for a resolution, but there has been none so far. I have incurred the following expenses: Payment to NoBroker (~₹9,000) Godrej Summit token (₹5,000) Hotel charges (₹6,000/day) Local brokers in Gurgaon for finding new flats (15-20 days of the rental amount) Most importantly, peace of mind I deeply regret my decision to go with NoBroker and am still paying for it. Thank you, NoBroker, for causing me financial and emotional distress.

FRAUDULENT Company-Damage to the Vehicle.
May 26, 2024

FRAUDULENT Company-Damage to the Vehicle.
I had booked for car transport from Bengaluru to Faridabad on 26th April and the car was picked up on the same day, while making the booking, I was communicated a TAT of 11-13 days by Mr. Manjunath (sales person at No Broker).
I was regularly in touch with No Broker agents and Mr. Sandeep Verma-No Broker transport partner.
On 1st May, I was told by Mr. Sandeep that the car is in transit and is in Maharashtra, will take around 6 days to reach.
I spoke to him again on 6th May and was told that the car should be delivered by 10th May.
However after speaking with him, I got 2 messages from Fastag toll services that 2 tolls in Bengaluru have been deducted on 6th May.
Upon raising this No Broker and Mr. Sandeep, they were clueless, however it promised to me that the car will be sent out the very next day i.e 7th May.
On 8th May, it was confirmed that the car has been dispatched.
Yesterday on 10th May, I again received a message from Fastag toll services of the same toll being deducted in Bengaluru.
The foolish reason I'm being given is that the car is being dispatched in an open trailer and hence the Fastag was scanned and the car was dispatched on 10th May i.e 15 days after the car was picked up.
I was always told that it will be a closed trailer, why is my car being sent out in an open trailer?

-I'm regularly being lied to about the status and the whereabouts of my car.
-There is no proof about the dispatch yet and no proof of the whereabouts of my car.
-The car is being used for personal use by the partner.

The car was delivered on 17th May i.e 22 days later and has been damaged, my android auto connections have been deleted and someone else's account has been added.
An email was sent to Mr. Amit Agrawal-CEO of No Broker on 11th May and a greivance officer Mr.Prashanth was assigned to the case, however after delivery, No Broker has gone incommunicado and hasn't been returning my phone calls or emails.

Big "No" to "No Broker" if you are a seller of the property.
May 8, 2024

Stay away from 'No Broker' real estate agents – they're a total letdown! They made big promises when I signed up, but it was all talk. They assigned me a 'relationship manager' and a 'field manager', but they might as well have been invisible because they didn't do anything helpful.

While purchasing service they made a lot of tall promises, but in practice I got nothing. They assigned a relationship manager and a field manager just for a name shake. No use.
They could not analyse and suggest the sellable price I should quote.
I changed multiple relationship managers but all of them seem to be novis and do not have any real estate selling experience.
You cannot see the phone number or email ID of the prospective buyers who are seeing your listing in the website. You have to always connect through "No Broker" Agent and Agent will do nothing for you.
Most of the time the relationship manager/field manager will not be available over the phone and they will not give any update to you. When you call, another person will pick up the call and say the relationship manager is busy on another call and he will call you back in 2 mins and then no call will come, instead you will receive an autogenerated message stating " I tried to call you but you were not reachable" - which is a blatant lie.
Worst worst worst service. Big no to "No Broker" I paid them ******* and the entire money is wasted.
About a month ago, I posted the above feedback. At that time, I received numerous calls from NoBroker requesting the removal of the feedback from the public forum. They assured me of extending their services and pledged to facilitate the sale of my property. At their request, I removed the feedback, yet unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement. Predictably, they were unable to sell the property.

Meanwhile, I decided to list my property on 99acres. With a standard listing, which wasn't assisted, it cost me Rs 4000. Within three weeks, I successfully sold my property through them at my expected price.

Now, let's compare: NoBroker charged me Rs ******* for assisted service, spanning four months, without success. Conversely, 99acres charged me Rs 4000, and within three weeks, my property was sold. Therefore, I strongly advise against using NoBroker. My experience with them was a debacle. You risk losing your money and experiencing frustration, dissatisfaction, and stress, akin to spending Rs ******* on an unpleasant experience.

Update to Nobroker.com review on 26/11/23
November 28, 2023

UPDATE TO REVIEW (28th Nov 2023):

Following my review posted on the 26th of November, I received a phone call from a gentleman who identified himself as Anand from Nobroker.com.
This person said he was going through my account and noticed that the Relationship Manager (RM) and others were indeed not proactive and very little activity was being done by the company on behalf of my property. The usual apologies were given to me with assurances that the RM would be replaced and I would be given an additional 15-20 days gratuitous usage on the site.
He then asked me to delete my post on Trustpilot.
I explained to Mr. Anand that;
A) The damage was done, but I could edit my post (not delete it as suggested by him) IF I saw proactive measures taken by the company to rectify the issues.
B) 20 days extra would not mean much since in 40 days, they only managed 1 single visit, so there is very little reassurance the "free" time would give me.
C) it is more a matter of respecting people's time and being professional, rather than giving out freebies.
D) despite being assured high visibility for the property once paying the premium package price, the property is still not visible in the search.
He said he would speak with his management and revert back to me the next day and that he would send me a "link" which would lead me to my property in the search engine! However, he assured me that the matter would be resolved and the RM would also be replaced immediately for not doing their job.

Received a call this morning from the same individual, who said the management would agree to the proposed resolutions IF I delete or edit my post in favour of them first!
This is shocking to see a company that has taken money for a service, not performed, not been professional, wasted time without communication AND then places stipulations on the client in a coercive manner that can best be described as bullying, or arm twisting in order to correct their own mistakes and actions (rather, lack of action)!

It is shocking that such companies are being run in an unscrupulous and open high handed manner, wherein they feel they can get away with increasingly deplorable and unethical practices without any fear of repercussions or reprisals.

I must add that the call I received was only in response to the online post made here. My direct communication to the company with my grievance, prior to posting online has still not been addressed nor acknowledged by anyone in the escalation department!

When I refused to comply with the stipulations and arm twisting tactic of Mr. Anand and his Nobroker management, and instead offered to make the updates only once I saw a genuine effort being made by Nobroker.com to rectify the damage already done, he hung up and there has been no replacement of the RM, no link providing me the location to my property posted on the site and no other follow up communication.

I recommend to anyone thinking of posting a property online and paying for visibility, to rather:
A) use a different site that is more reliable
B) spend the money on a newspaper ad

It is a very sad state of affairs when websites like Nobroker lure customers and find ways of extorting money from us without giving the service being promised.

Unfortunately, after this interaction yesterday and today with Nobroker, I have had to further lower the star rating of this company ESPECIALLY due to their coercive tactics and continued unprofessionalism.

Pathetic service
October 20, 2023

Hi, I am writing in great displeasure that I took you to the Movers and Packers. I end up paying 2700 extra and it's all because of the miscommunication between the inspection guy (Wasim malik whose number is *******832) and your call center agent as wasim is the one who gave the final quotation.

Pick up point was Kishangarh(delhi) to Rajpur khurd (delhi) The inspection guy in his quotation has mentioned 30 meters of distance from pick up point(my house) till where the truck would park while loading. However the distance is between 100- 150 meters and it's not my fault that he's mentioned 30 mts, you can also ask those laborers about the distance. Since the distance is between 100-150 mts, labour have asked for 1000 rs extra so that they can pick up my belongings from the house till the truck. This is the first mistake of the inspection guy.

His 2nd mistake was that he mentioned that 2 bolero cars are enough to transport my belongings where as it would take around 5 boleros and you can also ask for those labours. Because of this miscommunication in his quotation i end up bringing the 17 feet truck because i want all my belongings to be in the same truck rather than 5 baleros.

Yes i agree the inspection guy was right, he made it very clear that 17 feet truck will not make it at drop location. However it was his mistake which leads to this. The labor load all my belongings in 17 feet truck and till now i have already paid them 1000.

Now the distance between my drop location till that 17 feet truck would come is 350 meters. So i end up paying 1200 to a local bolera guy whose proof i have as well coz i made online payment. From this 350 mts distance the labor unload my belongings from 17 feet truck to bolero and it took 4 round. Here i made another payment of 500 to labors because " in logo kaa bhee kaam bhaut bad gaya " just because of the inspection guy miscommunication.

Had I known that it would take 5 baleros in the beginning I would have negotiated with your call center agents and would have faced no issue. This loading, shifting and unloading took 8 hours whereas it would have been only 5 hours. I really dont want any service from you guys, i think I am being harassed. All I want is a refund of 2700.

Escalation manager (Arbab)called me on the 1st oct and I told him the same thing. He said he will call in 48 hours and today is 4th oct. No call from your end at all.

Paid 1200 to local balero driver and 1500 to laborers, i dont have proof of payment done to labor as they dont have paytm.

I need resolution within 24 hours or else this email will go public all over social media.

Worst and pathetic packing and moving experience through no broker
May 9, 2023

I had the most pathetic and worst packing and moving experience through no broker. I would never ever use no broker services again, and I would never recommend no broker to anyone. I am writing my review and experiences here, so that other customers are careful.

I had booked for packing and shifting through no broker on 25th April. The date of moving was confirmed against advance payment, and I received notification that the move will happen on 1st of May at 2 pm. The code for reference is HSPM-*******.

The executive made tall claims during booking of service, and I realised later only that it's only hype and marketing gimmicks. I'm listing my experiences below:

1) I received notification that Dhivya would be my move manager, and that she would take care of it. I tried calling and following up multiple times prior to the move for 2-3 days, and there was no response at all. Finally received call back and she was asking the same questions regarding our stuff and items, for which I answered. She assured that the move would happen as per the confirmation. After that she hasn't called back until now, and her services were useless and an utter waste, as it was not at all helpful for me.

2) I tried calling on 30th April and 1st of May multiple times to no broker numbers, as I did not get any call back regarding my move. I just received standard responses like "your issue will be raised with the concerned dept and addressed". It was useless and frustrating, after having confirmed booking more than a week prior, and still having to face this last minute delay in moving. And that too without any intimation to me. Atleast if there was an intimation about delay, we would have been prepared. And we started waiting uncertainly for the move without knowing when the packers and movers will come. When speaking to one executive named Harshini, she was saying that she's not responsible for the delay, as the sales guy only took my booking! Utterly unprofessional response and behaviour!

3) Finally an alternate partner agency was assigned and the person's name was Senthil Kumar. The reason given for reassigning to a different partner was because the sales guy of no broker who took my booking forgot to assign and inform the concerned partner agency. So last minute this alternate arrangement was made and assigned to Senthil Kumar.

4) Senthil Kumar and his team arrived at my location at 5.30 pm, whereas the move was scheduled at 2 pm on 1st May. 3 1/2 hours late! He and his team then slowly started packing stuff. He brought mostly substandard and a few damaged boxes to pack stuff. I'm glad that we had already packed some of our stuff in a few boxes, otherwise it would've been difficult if we were to depend only on his team's boxes.

5) The team did a haphazard task of packing stuff. They mixed up items, and put items that were not supposed to be put together in the same box. For eg, footwears and back packs were all put together. The assurance given while booking was that all items will be handled safely and carefully, especially fragile and electronic items. These guys had no concern for the safety of items. They did not bubble wrap even a single item properly. It was as though they were particular on saving bubble and plastic wrap for their next packing job. Several times I asked them to atleast wrap a few fragile (or handle with care) items with plastic wrap. It mostly fell on deaf ears. Even items that had to be wrapped and taken safely were handled carelessly.

6) These guys scratched a few items, like our sofas and cot. And they were trying to load as much stuff, even stuff like sofas onto the elevator. I had told clearly while booking that there was no service lift in the apartment. Even then they loaded a 3 seater sofa into the elevator and scratched it in a few places. The elevator also got stuck and apartment residents were getting agitated. I had to tell them sternly not to load any such heavy items onto the elevator.

7) We had on our own neatly arranged many of our items in bags that we had. These guys had the least concern and carried the bags without any care. Most of our bags have been torn because of this.

8) While booking, it was assured that a larger truck would be sent for packing and moving. Finally Senthil Kumar brought a smaller truck which was not at all adequate to load our entire stuff. When I asked him he said that if needed he'll book another mini truck. Why assuring one thing and delivering another?

9) After loading everything to the truck by 9 pm it started raining. And they did not have a covered truck, but only sheets to cover. It was evident that the items would get wet and damaged in the rain. So we had to wait and move the next day only after the rains stopped.

10) As it got late and as it was clear that we wouldn't be able to move, I had to urgently find a place at 10.30 pm for my family to stay. This was an additional expense I had to bear, and this happened only because the movers came 3 1/2 hours delayed after the agreed time.

11) Finally the team moved my stuff the next day, on 2nd May, to the new place. Here also the team continued their unprofessional behavior. One guy just opened the box and dumped everything on the kitchen floor, without even asking me! And again these guys loaded the 3 seater sofa to the elevator, inspite of me telling them that there is no service lift.

12) In all of this terrible experience that we went through I did not get even a single call from the so called move manager Dhivya.

So the lesson learned is even if it's a bit more costly, I would rather go for a reputed and genuine packers and movers, rather than fall for the tall claims of agencies like no broker.

Pls note: I had written about my experiences to the no broker email id that supposedly handles grievances of customers: *******@nobroker.in

Again received a standard response that the matter is transferred to concerned dept and will be addressed. No response after that. Utterly unprofessional and complete disregard for customers!
