Next Day Deal

They don't seem to be coping as a business, I've not received my item after over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for them to process returns on another item. Shop elsewhere.

Edit to add this replay from their customer service after seeing this review. The ball is back in their court now. I still require my camera and the completion of the return on the lens and also note from other reviews that offered good will gestures never actually materialised.

We will no longer be accepting or lens return nor supporting your warranty in light of your review.

We will ensure the A7S III is delivered to you as soon as possible but will no longer support your warranty or be offering a good will gesture due to your review.

If it is removed in the next few hours we will reverse this decision and follow through with a good will gesture as well as accept your return.

It is a chaotic time in the UK and we are disappointed by your lack of patience.

I Ordered 2 items from Next Day Deal on Friday due to their online promise of next day delivery if placed before 2pm. Well the next day came and went? Emailed them Monday morning only to be told RM do not deliver to commercial premises on a Saturday? News to me as they deliver AND collect from us! Challenged again and clearly told by email it was shipped on Friday by RM 24 tracked? They could not provide a tracking number? Really? Anyway saga carries on and no delivery on Tuesday either? Hhmmm alarm bells now ringing! Still chasing a tracking number which they still cannot provide? 1 of the items arrives date stamped 8-7-19, posted on the Monday NOT Friday. No sign of the other item? Still cannot give me tracking for it? Finally get tracking and told it will be delivered on Thursday 6 days after placing the order? Camera finally arrives and now trying to con me in to removing the review and cancelling the PayPal dispute? Really after your past performance I don't think so! Most certainly not trustworthy.
The address on the website is a residential address not commercial premises as per the online trading law! They also appear to try to make out they are a large company by using different names when responding to emails, pretty obvious it's the same person responding.
The return address on the parcel is different to the address on the website and on PayPal.

Purchased a nikon D750 Fx last September. It is faulty. This company said they will help resolve the issue by sending it to the manufacturer, nikon. But nikon have told me that they will not repair it under the warranty. I have asked this company for a refund or replacement, but they refused saying they don't do refunds or replacements. So HOW are they going to help me. Nikon told me that I would have to pay for a service repair, surely this surplier should. So I have a faulty camera and this company or nikon will fix it. After leaving a bad review on trustpilot, someone from this company rang my landline and was rude to my wife. Then they kept ringing all afternoon and into the evening. When I answered they spoke to me in quite an abrupt way and rudely. I had to hang up. Then this man kept ringing and again I answered but hung up again and he kept ringing into the later evening. I was going to report this behaviour to the correct authorities. If they ring again I will ring the police.

Once again I have been provided with excellent service. I purchased a new camera lens from them at a very competitive price. It was delivered on time.

At first I was quite reluctant on buying expensive gear through Next Day Deal that has prices almost too good to be true. And although I did have an enjoyable experience in terms of customer service, I still had my fears until the day the products arrived. But everything was as it should have been. Spot on. Fast response in terms of customer service with next day delivery. Products arrived well, in perfect condition and seem to function properly. Very happy with my purchase!

Excellent service for my new Fuji XT4 kit. Delivered promptly and well packaged.

Only *feedback* would be to include more Fuji lenses. For others, if you reach out as I did you can order other lenses at good prices but delivery wouldn't be next day.
