The battery for my Teclast is identical that the original one. Same size, perfect fitting in place. The battery has been correctly packaged, and the time for delivery is acceptable. A minor problem with the Italian customs, who asked me for a few € to deliver the package. Globally, a good job
For me it was about the delivery of a laptop battery to Germany. The dealer shipped from Hongkong and failed to properly account for VAT on the invoice or, alternatively, to correctly register the delivery to the german customs. So now I have to make up for it myself, which costs time and money.
Bei mir ging es um die Lieferung eines Laptop-Akkus nach Deutschland. Der Händler versendet aus China und hat es versäumt, die Umsatzsteuer auf der Rechnung korrekt auszuweisen oder alternativ die Lieferung beim Zoll korrekt anzumelden. Daher muss ich dies jetzt selbst nachholen, was Zeit und Geld kostet.
Schnell geliefert, innerhalb von 3 Tagen bei mir. Beim ersten Akku kein Glück gehabt aber anstattlos reklamiert und Geld zurück bekommen
Lieferung dauerte etwas länger, Akku passte aber prima und ist besser als das Original.

I requested a liquid battery for a Teclast laptop, they contacted me to be sure of the model I had photos of and once I found it was shipped to me.
Asking for information about the arrival the next morning they replied with the tracking of the shipment and a few hours later the battery arrived at the shipper.
However, it still made me pay an unbudgeted customs cost, but I think this is a customs problem.

I ordered a power supply model DA-180C19 for an LG monitor in January 2022. It arrived after a week or 2. It worked properly and I was happy. However, after 8 months it stopped working. Testing with a voltage meter shows that it didn't provide power anymore. Also, inspection of the power supply revealed a sticker with the text "QC passed" covered by a black stripe. Underneath the stripe was a cross. So this was a unit that had failed quality control.

Needed replacement batterery for my Laptop. You will be asked if anything of your order is unclear (version number of old battery). The shipping and delivery was fast and without any problems with the German customs.
