Bought my garage system for a small garage with premium wall space. Thought I could design on my own. Sharvari was great! Very patient and observant to little details in designing the garage. Able to accomplish in the 45 minutes. Sent drawings of finish product with measurements.

Vishakha at NewAge Products was actually fun to work with. She was incredibly professional, made reasonable suggestions without being "pushy" and made the layout of our garage the best it can possibly be. To be able to watch in real time as she worked with the software to suit my needs was truly and enjoyable experience. My family was already a NewAge garage fan but we're fans for life now... They do not store or ship any hardware for the drawers. If the cheap plastic part holding the drawer to the cabinet breakers they will offer you a small partial credit for a new cabinet. I am flabbergasted that they think I am going to take off the whole top and reinstall a cabinet because they won't support it. I wish I did not buy these.

I recently purchased an outdoor kitchen set. The selection/ordering process gets an A. The design and finish of the pieces gets an A. The install options/procedure is straightforward and gets an A. My shipment arrived earlier than predicted and undamaged so another A. I used the set in my greenhouse and it works great! Only one minor issue that could be addressed as a quality control check at the back end of the fabrication process. My pieces have four adjustable feet per cabinet. My order consisted of six cabinets. Two of the cabinets had one foot each that the foot would not thread at all due to welding slag(?) left in the threaded hole. I purchased a metric tap tool to retap them and clear the slag. So 1/3 of my cabinets needed a minor rework. The cabinets are awesome. If you are in the market, these are worth serious consideration.

What made me choose NewAge for my garage cabinets was their design services. In one quick on-line appointment, Sharvari (the design consultant) gave me a number of options, one being perfect for my garage. I was very impressed by her product knowledge, patience, creativity, and design sense. Well done.

Few months ago I worked with a designer Vishakha (Design and Sales Consultant) designing my garage. She was so efficient and work with me remotely configuring the layout. At that time, I was not ready purchased the complete package so I pushed the project out for coupe of months. In July this I year I sent an email to the Vishakha and to my surprise within few minutes she called me and continued to fine tune the original design. With the new design I saved some money as well. I ended purchasing Pro Series 16 Piece Cabinet Set. Vishakha made this process simple. Big THANKS to her for all the help.

I made an order on March 24,2021 where I bought garage furniture including Wall mounted shelfs, on May 3rd 2021 the product was delivered to my house and after a confusing scheduling process the installation team came, did half of the installation and left all the garbage in my garage and just left without finishing the job.

I thought this was something normal that could be fixed with a phone call or a couple of emails, but here I am almost a month after the installation and I dont get any update from this company, they stopped responding to my emails. I was open to any date even when they proposed June but they never confirmed any date.

Be careful with the delivery and installation team of this company, products are good quality but are not worth all the trouble you need to go when you buy their products.
Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are ton of other companies way more formal than this one.

Newage is a perfect balance between quality and price. I have receive incredible support to replace one cabinet that was damaged in transit. They asked for picture and that was it, a new cabinet came in. They have also provided assistance in making the plan for the garage setup. Very happy with the product and their support.

Vishaka, our design consultant, helped us in creating the 3D design for our cabinets. She is a great listener and helped us secure the proper items and at the best pricing. We are very happy with her can-do, positive attitude.

Saif provided great service and helped me design my home bar. It was super simple and very convenient. He designed exactly what I wanted and I was unable to find anything else with as good service or convenience.

I had set up a meeting with Vishakha and OMG was so so helpful with her insight. Even though I knew what I wanted she still threw so many more ideas and was very knowledgeable on the products. I will deal with her again and can't wait for the order to arrive!

Several months ago I requested some. Information, and a quote for the New Age Bold garage systems. I received a quote and a call from Rashmi Lathi. I had many questions which she answered with great knowledge of the product New Age offers. I didn't purchase the garage system that day, but asked her to give me time to think about it. Rashmi called me back tonight only to ask if I'd made my decision…not to pressure me to buy. I decided that there's no time like the present and bought the 9 piece Bold system. I'll update my review once I receive my product in January. I'd like to thank Rashmi for her time, patients and knowledge. In the end, she was the different with my purchase. Thank you!

Rashmi Lathi was very helpful with my selection of NewAge Garage Cabinets. I had two long conversations with her during my search and she even emailed and called me in between to see if I needed any additional information. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Wish more salespeople from online sites were like her. She's a keeper!

I really *love* my NewAge cabinets! Nothing but compliments whenever anyone checks out my super-cool garage! But... I do find it a bit annoying that getting more of the same model is over a YEAR wait for cabinets. Maybe there are factors like supply-line, covid, etc... but it still sucks to wait so long for such a big ticket item; one that isn't exactly a microprocessor! LOL! Anywho, they'll be worth the wait, and the online rep who was very straightforward about the prospective wait time is especially appreciated. Rather have the hard truth, instead of false promises and a lot of waiting! In the end, I'll eventually complete my garage, and all of the waiting shall be forgotten... yes!

Working with Vishakha, for 4 weeks to nail down a design was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and patient working with my design. We were able to overcome a few hurdles and ultimately cam up with a design that works.
