The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

What a disaster
Lost control over one of my domain names for 3 weeks!
Every day message that this would be solved between 24h and 48h
It took you 3 weeks
So moved all my 9 domain names
Since web.com took dotster.com over, a disaster
Was more than 20 years a happy customer at dotster.com
SSL Certificate was a hidden fees.
Only google emails not Microsoft and other service providers.
Technical support is hit or miss and it seems like I have to reach out to technical support too often. SSL certificates should renew automatically without needing intervention. I have my settings correct, to auto-renew, but then my website just goes down.
For a non IT person, having to go through the hassle of verifying domains, DNS and what not, I have completely been disappointed! It's a month since I paid for this domain and have still failed to use it! Very very annoying and I can't get my money back!
Web.com has resolved my concerns. My situation was dire. However, Web.com ensured that they addressed the issue and granted me credit.
What I love most about domain.com is the ease of using their service. The user experience is incredibly smooth and intuitive. From signing up to navigating the various features, everything just flows naturally without any friction or confusion.
Your customer service is horrible... and website support is horrible and the load time for pages are horrible
This platform is plagued with issues on multiple levels. I have been a loyal customer for years and will never use this platform again and will actively encourage everyone I know to never support Domain.com due to the poor user experience and abysmal customer support. It's hard to believe this platform is able to stay in business.
Great flow - feels very secure, reliable and easy, Already a customer for other domains, pricing is competitive
Been trying to add a new credit card for weeks. Not working.
But you all do not tell me any reason why. Just doesn't do a damn thing when I hit save for new card
Site offers good value for the money, nice features, ease of use. But they took weeks to get my domain name up and running and getting support is poor. I took about six times asking for help through chat to get domain up and running. If they say wait time is 10 minutes, it's more like 30, if it's 5 minutes, it's more like 20. A couple of times I couldn't wait that long and had to leave.
I was charged 240.75 for apparently site hosting, basic back up and SSL but only received $119.88 back even thought your company never host it the domain I purchased. That domain was purchased and we paid a company to host it and maintaing the site live. I explained this to the agent on the chat and that person kept asking the same question over and over. Asking when I cancelled a service that I never had to beging with. Domain ROXfinancialXL. Also i had standard emails for many years and now it appears with new changes I dont have that anymore. A

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
