I need to have possibility to make backups whenever I want using your tools. 2) I am able to login to the system with my login/password, but I cannot change my phone number or the password, because it says the password is incorrect. But how I was able to login if the password is incorrect? 3) Wordpress and Elemental say I need to upgrade MySQL and PHP in order to improve the site performance, as it is currently unsatisfied (a way too slow), but the support said that I cannot do it and they had been working on it for more than two moths already (or even longer).

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
