11/24 order was placed, was supposed to have arrived by 12/06 just not sure if they meant 2022 or 2025, they keep changing the dates after talking, texting and chatting with multiple CS reps. Now I received an email of how sorry they are and that there are delays and here's a 15% percent discount till 1/16/2023 to shop online, that's some sort of sick joke as I do not see myself receiving my regular order before that date.

I love the cute prints and the comfort (they are like t-shirt material). They stretch and give as needed through the night. After a couple of washings I've noticed slight shrinkage, but not unreasonable. I found the pants tend to hit me closer to mid calf than near the ankle as depicted in the picture. The elastic holds it up just fine. The downside is however it's a bit expensive isn't it?
There seems to be a lack of communication between the customer service and the actual warehouse. Had incorrect items delivered to me on several occasions, but problem was eventually rectified. Overall good service.
I used to love shopping at Neiman Marcus Department stores. These days I do most of my shopping online and find the website and mobile app to be boring and not easy or fun to use. Because of the presentation, the merchandise is uninspiring at best. Time to revamp your online shopping experiences NM Team!

The don't have the most accessible or user friendly website and the online deals are few and far between. It doesn't rival the experience of shopping in-store. I would much rather visit a brick and mortar store. It is a much more pleasurable experience.
NM online is the last place to shop. Your orders are being cancelled numerous amount of time because the items are not available, even though it available when it was purchased. The worst part of it when you called customer service, they are rude, unprofessional and no act of courtesy. Horrible experience. Please stay away from shopping at NM online. You will regret it.
I am very pleased with the excellent experience at Neiman Marcus with Dana who goes beyond her soft people skills. She is kind, soft spoken and wonderful personality. I appreciate her warm hugs and smile. She is an asset to Neiman Marcus.
This store has to be the worst customer service and when you call they all give you different stories exactly stories and they claim to be a first class store I hope they go out of business maybe then they will understand
Ok I'm a pretty good NM customer with level 4 loyalty status so…I can get a box with my purchase! It's actually called free gift wrapping! A Neiman Marcus box with a ribbon is now considered free gift wrapping. Quite insulting to customers. If you are lower level customers you can buy a Neiman Marcus box. No pay, no box! Sorry! If you buy the box, you can pay to help them advertise! Such a deal. Sorry to be sarcastic but this totally wrong!

As a long time shopper at NM, I must say that they are the epitome of high end department stores. Their customer service, shipping and online site are awesome. All of my favorite brands can be found here. And when they have sales going on, you bet your bottom dollar I will be there to scoop up anything worth buying.
What happened to Neiman Marcus? For Christmas my husband got me a pair of Tom Ford glasses, Celine sunglasses, and a bottle of Dior perfume. The Tom Ford sunglasses came without a box and no cloth to wipe the high-end glasses. The perfume… Believe it or not… Came with only one drop in the bottle. It's as if it was miss manufactured and they didn't fill it at all. Now I understand that there's no way for Neiman Marcus to have known this since the packaging was all closed up. However, three weeks later they are now requesting for us to send the empty bottle back which I threw out about two weeks ago in order to get our new bottle. We've dealt with three people in customer service and still don't have resolution. Stay away!
Their return policy is 30 days. This is entirely too short in my opinion. And this policy is not very clearly seen unless you are looking for it. I will not be spending my $ there again. It's a sad day.
Ordered high end perfume from them that I've ordered from the maker's website and other dept store (Nordstrom) and Sephora in the past. From Nieman Marcus I received open box, insert packaging missing and makeshift tissue crammed into it's place inside. Obviously this was an open, used/returned/sample? Item I was sent at full price. Disgusted. Will not be a return customer.
The stores are as bad as online. It is standard policy for damaged items to not be pulled from the floor in hopes that unsuspecting customer buys it and then good luck returning. Mistake after mistake. Shoppers can find designer clothes from the designer's online store. I found many items about $100 less. Neiman Marcus will be closed in the near future mark my words. Stay away From the sinking ship!
I purchased a women's pyjama set for my elderly mother $189 AUS. I received a dressing gown of lesser value. I have contact Neiman Marcus via email, using the process they stipulate on all their correspondence, three times over two weeks to organise a return - no response. They have my money. I have an item I didn't order and can't use. What a rip off.
They mixed my order. I sent their product back and now been waiting for the refund more than three weeks and yet nothing. It's very difficult to talk to customer service; if you call, they give promises, but then never deliver, if you use chat, you wait for the next available agent an hour and more. Stay away from this company.
I've been an NM customer for 25 years. Held a NM card for 10. I was out of work during the pandemic and asked for payment plan. They completely refused to work with me. Now they are suing me over a relatively small amount. Disgraceful! No wonder they're constantly in bankruptcy.
Neiman Marcus is a joke, meaning unbelievable. The outrages prices and the process for returns is Fd up. Its like the company is a sham... I bought a 168 dollar bottle of perfume online didn't like it[the scent didn't last past an hour] so I sent it back... a month ago at the writing of this review... spoke with customer service FINALLY they said it [the return] was up for review and would take 7 to 10 days... WHY?
Answer: The y claim to expedite shipping then dont. They steal l and can't be trusted
