I was sold something not fit for purpose after being assured numerous times by 2 people that it would meet my requirements.

Having reviewed your account, we can see our sales representative and technical surveyor confirmed with you the bespoke requirements of the project and on both occasions, contracts were signed agreeing to the design, specification and positioning of the awning. We love our new veranda. It is just what we wanted, installed by hardworking staff, and is just what we wanted. We llove it.

Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.
