We are very pleased with our awning. We were surprised to find the actual awning was 2metres 35cm instead of 2m 50cm. But it looks good and works well. The installation team were very professional.

Have tried to contact this company 's management without success. I have cut hands and a leaking roof. Virtually called a liar
Our senior management team has responded immediately on several occasions stating that we are more than happy to address any issue. Being there is no record of any previous complaint we requested further information to enable us to arrange a site visit. However Peter V is insistent on dealing with one person who is unavailable and refuses to provide any information other than abusive messages. To reiterate, we are more than happy to attend any warranty claim assuming we know what the complaint actually is about.
