Great decision to move to NameHero. Plenty of resources and I get a great deal of control over how I can use memory, upload size etc. Elsewhere I would need a VPS to get this much control. Support has been super fast and brilliant! Highly recommend.

Amazingly helpful support staff, I love the fact we can edit a lot of necessary edits in the back end (php etc) and that NameHero have easy to follow videos for making any changes required.

I ordered a reseller account and got it activated in few seconds but since I want a different server, i had to open a ticket and their lighting speed response was above expectation. Solid product with great support, what more do I need.
I purchased the corporate reseller package. I like the product much better than others I see offered elsewhere. The servers are extremely fast, and everything came with SSL from the very start so my data was secure at all times. The instructional videos were top-notch, and allowed me to get up and running very quickly without a bunch of guesswork. And the price is a bargain - though not bargain basement - in consideration of the entire package. Remember the adage that, "you get what you pay for".

Quick and painless process! First time I have dealt with them, previously I have mostly used local Australian providers, but seriously thinking about transferring all accounts to them. Their hosting is fast, even for Australian users viewing Australian websites.
