Deceiving pricing listed on packages, you only find out that these "special" rates are valid if you sign up for annual - triennial services. Although there is an asterisk behind the price indicating terms apply I couldn't find those terms or alternate rates available on the same page. A bit of upfront openness goes a very long way.

Please understand I'm not dissatisfied with the monthly billing rate, I am however unhappy to go halfway through the order process before the true cost is revealed.

Other than that the shopping experience was smooth and their product/service is superior.

I am happy to be on board with NameHero and to begin my new journey as a web design and hosting company. Thank you for the opportunity. (April 04,2012)

After being a customer for several weeks I found with NameHero, as I found previously with Google, that I do not like using Wordpress. It is unmanageable for me.

Ryan Gray and his team provided outstanding service and support, but nevertheless, I am reluctantly going to close my account.

I prefer to use Drupal as a CMS and have opened an account with a company recommended by Drupal.

I will take as much time as is required to learn Drupal, and set up an individual website, and take as much time as is required to become a competent web designer using Drupal before I open up a web design and web host reseller account with the new company.

For everyone who is comfortable working with WordPress, Drupal or Joomla, I would highly recommend NameHero as a web host / web host reseller. I don't think it is possible to find superior service anywhere else. Ryan and his team are truly dedicated to the success of their clients.

I am in the process of building out the website I recently hosted with namehero.com. So far, everything is going well and I am satisfied with both the price and the service. The YouTube videos provided by namehero.com really assisted me in setting up the namehero.com account and the word press website. I am not a professional website builder, so the web site building education provided on You Tube is invaluable; especially when it is current and by the company hosting my website.
