The surveys can be a little frustrating at times because you get half way through before they decide you don't qualify sometimes. But I love the deals, especially the high point deals on products that I would be buying anyway! I'm not getting rich, but it's a great way to add a little extra money to your wallet every month.
The site is easy to navigate, gift cards come in so handy. Hope more people use the site. I have been a member for about 6 years and have never had much trouble and if i did the help center has always been able to fix most all problems.
Unless I am traveling (obviously not these days) I go on MyPoints every day.
The videos used to be much better. I feel it is totally wrong that you require a minimum of 1 Add an In Store Deal to your Shopping List. I cannot do that since I do not have the required phone. Most of the surveys are very interesting. I love getting the Yay for Me when I complete the single day target.
I've been learning about new opportunities and earning points from MyPoints for many years. Everything always run smoothly and I do not receive any extra junk email as a result of my membership with MyPoints.
I have been a member of MyPoints for several years without a problem. Today I get a note saying I can no longer take surveys because my answers have been inconsistent and apparently they are telling me that I am a liar. I have tried to answer their questions as honestly as possible. I have a enough points to request a $25.00 Visa card which I have requested today as of 2/15/2019. Hopefully they will send it to me. Do not use this site.
The estimated time for a survey will be five minutes, but by the time you do the "pre questions" to even get to the survey it's been fifteen minutes, and then the survey takes a half hour. They are a train wreck.
But since they improved the option for daily points, it's not as bad. Earning points for printing coupons, then combing them with sales or Ibotta is a good way to earn gift cards and pay very little for groceries.
Totally worth signing up and using. I recommend this site often.
This happens every so often which requires me to submit a ticket to report the missing pts. - but overall I am happy with being able to accumulate pts. For gift cards
April 5,2021... a follow-up -> Just wanted to note that since last June, when I originally posted the above review, they have vastly improved with crediting points in a timely manner. I have only had one instance where I was missing points for a survey but customer care was very quick to respond and post the points that were missing, I have now upped the rating to a five star from the original 4 star, as I am a very happy camper.
I have been a member since 2015. I do enjoy doing the daily poll and earning points to receive free gift cards to spend at many different store online or in-store. One of the things I really don't like is that, my earned reward points are still pending after a month or so? Most of the time you don't qualify for the surveys that they offer, and you would think you are actually doing the survey just to find out 5 minutes later you don't qualify for the survey, which to me is a waste of my time.
I have been a very happy member of MyPoints for many years. I am able to cash out easily multiple times per year, and fulfillment of gift card and PayPal orders is always fast and efficient! I recommend MyPoints all the time.
I like the rewards when I can redeem for a gift card or Paypal.
Sometimes, I finish a survey and it does not return to the survey page so I don't get my points. If I send a note to the service desk, sometimes they give me the points, but sometimes I never hear back from them.
Also, sometimes a spend about 5 minutes doing the demographic questions and then get kicked out because they already have enough in my category.
This site used to be great. It is no longer. I was a member for over ten years. In the beginning it was easy to earn and redeem points. Over time it got more difficult to get the site to apply purchase points. It took up to six months with several "missing points" submissions to get my points.
The worst part was after over ten years of point accumulation they sent me codes for a $500 e-card gift card, which was expired, and they will not reissue the card. Never again!
The only thing I really don't like is they kick you off from doing surveys for no reason. They may say they have a reason, but it's not true. One time they ask for my birth date and I typed it in and was kicked off of doing surveys! Seems to happen when I'm close to getting a reward.
I have been a member for over 10 years. They are one of the best survey companies I have participated in. Timely and reasonable rewards. Great customer service! Don't pay attention to any negative reviews. They are not accurate. I get paid by PayPal and have never had any problems with any of the things asked or getting paid.
I became a gold member really fast just by using their site to purchase items on line and by reviewing their offers and emails on line. I have redeemed my points for gift cards to places I already shop and enjoy. My last card to Steak N Shake is going to help feed me and my two grandsons, we love that place. Thanks MyPoints for letting me earn gift cards, it sure is easy to do!
Points are really hard to come by, I think point earning could be a little easier as I spend a lot of time trying to earn them. Maybe add some extra ways to earn easy points like even clicking on everyday things on your website should pay me points to click.
I like the fact that I earn points and rewards just by buying things I would normally buy anyway. I also enjoy filling out surveys so that is another way to get points. The only problem I have ever had with My Points is cashing in coupons. You are suppose to get 25 points for each coupon cashed in, and at times, even if I cash in 10 or more, I still only receive 25 points.
I really enjoy using MyPoints. There are a few improvements that need to be done. The surveys should not string you along for more than a few minutes. I detest having to answer questions for 20 to 30 minutes only to have to exit the survey for 5 points. The whole system to get your gift card has to be simplified. It used to be so much simpler before. You would get an email and press on it and you had your gift card. This new system about having to go to another website really is a pain. Overall, I love MyPoints and it has been the most consistent as far as rewarding me with gift cards.

I was a member for about 3-4 years until they shut down my account... when I had enough "points" for $200 in giftcards. I tried to communicate with their service team and got nowhere - no response, nothing. Wouldn't ever recommend them, go to swagbucks instead. Better system overall.
All it takes is a click and you got it. Lots of opportunities to make points and if you shop anyway you might as well rack up the points. Yesterday I got a $25 gift card to lands end and I bought a coat on sale on Black Friday for my daughter and it only cost me $77. IT was originally 229 plus tax. I have been a member for a number of years and I love the daily poll.

Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
