MyPoints has a rating of 3.1 stars from 1,057 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with MyPoints most frequently mention gift cards, great way and long time. MyPoints ranks 1st among Points Shopping sites.
It used to be a site that offered far easier ways to earn points faster, but they've done away with a lot of those opportunities over the years and it costs far more than it ever has just to earn the points needed to get even an bottom-basement $5 gift card to someplace. It's ridiculous!
I like the relatively painless way that I can accumulate extras via MyPoints. I don't mind doing the reviews, and I even get the odd notion that I might be helping someone out by providing honest opinions and descriptions of my likes/dislikes.
What is SUPER annoying is when I complete a survey and the results come back that I had not. And then I have to take my time to pursue a claim. And while I usually get the points, what I NEVER get is recognition for other aspects of MyPoints, specifically that I had also accomplished a Daily 5 and progress towards the Monthly Goal. Even writing this, it sounds like a petty complaint -- my complaint rests more with the unreliability of MyPoints, and their lack of respect of my time.
I go to my points at least 3 times per day to check for points. I am using the gift cards for groceries as I make to much to get food stamps. I am very thank ful for My points otherwise I wouldn't get to eat much.
Being on MyPoints daily gives me the opportunity to earn and redeem points for items that I'd be paying money to purchase. Today, I redeemed points for a $50 Home Depot gift card which I'm using to buy a tripod sprinkler for my lawn and lopper for my trees.
I have been with MyPoints for several years and have used it weekly. Acquiring points is easy and redemption is a breeze!
I truly like this site. I have been a member for probably about 6 or 7 years and find it to be among the top rewards sites. Issues are normally solved through tickets in a quick amount of time and the depth of the amount of reward choices is superb. Points for most things done through this site are awarded instantly. I plan on remaining a member for quite a long time to come.
Unless I am traveling (obviously not these days) I go on MyPoints every day.
The videos used to be much better. I feel it is totally wrong that you require a minimum of 1 Add an In Store Deal to your Shopping List. I cannot do that since I do not have the required phone. Most of the surveys are very interesting. I love getting the Yay for Me when I complete the single day target.
So easy to earn points that you can use for gift cards. I earn enough to get 1-2 gift cards a month. It is amazing. I highly recommend!
I enjoy My points but I sure wish it was easier and faster to earn points when viewing videos, and not everyone knows how to get points with in store shopping.
I like MyPoints a lot. I can do one or two surveys. It I can do a lot of them. Each are usually interesting.
I enjoy surveys--and enjoy the Amazon credits I earn more! I check in every daym and the recent Single day target works great for me. Close to a 21 day bonus.
Working on MyPoints in the morning comes right after getting my coffee. Now that I'm retired it has become a great hobby that lets me earn points to get gift cards for something special. First it was Amazon cards to get my first Kindle and start loading books onto it. Now I'm saving Best Buy cards to get a sound bar for my tv, unless I change my mind and get a new tv instead. We'll see.
I love to do all the different survey's. And I love to see my points go up so I can get the gift cards. I still didn't get my card for in April. I just ordered another gift card. That is the only problem is getting my cards.
Something for this retiree to do for maybe 30 minutes, twice a day. I can ern points toward actual money via PayPal or for coupons for, say, Amazon or Kohls. Only a slight effort but potentially big rewards.
I wish you would give more points on the surveys. I find that you give only about 40% points on surveys taken. You do not give a lot of points.
I love My Points and try to complete surveys everyday or as much as possible. I just used my $10 Walmart giftcard on groceries and necessities.
I am totally Happy to visit this site. I try to everyday visit MyPoints and reach my goal. MyPoints give a Great Survey and fast redemption. It makes me very Happay.
I log on every day trying to reach my goals to earn rewards. Some of the tasks have a few glitchs. But overall it is worth the time spent daily.
I love shopping Amazon, however at this time they stop giving points for using mypoints site. I am hoping that they return to allowing points to be use. This is a great program yo use.
I love mypoints, I've been using it for a while. It is an easy way to get gift cards and save toward presents or just cash out to paypal. I have been using mypoints for well over a year and I highly recommended.
Answer: You RUN! RUN FOR THE HILLS! Close your account and RUN! And then, file a complaint with the BBB. They are now under the parent company "Prodege" which is also SwagBucks. Both are horribly run companies now!
Answer: They did the same thing to me last week and I had around 9630 points. I was trying to reach 10000. They knocked it down and said that I purchased 2 Amazon gift cards, which was a flat out lie. I cant stand amazon for certain reasons. I have proof and witnesses to everything that has happened with mypoints. I have contacted them through email and have received answers back. They have not followed through yet as they said. If this goes on with no satisfaction I will take legal action. I will also hope that others join me. That is not necessary but I will give others the option at their own discretion. False and misleading information may only be a misdemeanor but we deserve what we work for!
Answer: You don't, they won't answer or take your calls nor will they return any messages.
Answer: Yes. Its quick and easy. Simply go to your account to change
Answer: Mypoints is a large company. They will e-mail you, might just take so extra time depending on your issue
Answer: Yahoo is notorious for email problems. I use Gmail. It's free and more reliable.
Answer: I get multiple emails daily. Try checking your spam folder and be sure to add mypoints to your contacts. I also would check your account to be sure they still have your current email. I hope this helps.
Answer: Not that it will make you feel any better, but I cannot get any help either. Totally useless but here: To submit a ticket regarding an activity, go through the Visited section of your Activity Ledger, https://www.mypoints.com/account-ledger.
