You have to have different email addresses for yourself and your wife. So you have to set up a BS email account. They also want you to have access to a camera to verify your account. They don't tell you in advance. They were good at one time. They just lost 3 customers. They better refund my money.
We used this company for my daughter's learner's permit. When she was asked to enter her security questions during her first attempt at the test the system stated they were wrong. When she went back in to attempt again it said she reached her maximum tries. When I contacted the company to rectify this they would not help and refused a refund. Would never use this company again.
IFirst off kept buffering took over 45 minutes for video to watch a 16 minute video asked question from 20+years ago So I can not finish got 3 questions wrong zip area code and persons associated with,
If you have lived somewhere else in last 20+ years do a background check on yourself so you will help you remember things you probably forgot like zip codes and area codes
Easy and entertaining. I took it for insurance reduction reasons, but actually learned a lot. Making my 18-year-old take it as well as this course teaches you the subtleties that are not covered in standard driver's ed. Good for anyone of any age
The Program was fun and interesting. So many things I did not realize like leaving an object on your back car dashboard and stopping suddenly can get you injured or killed. The tests were a lot more simple then I thought they would be but were designed to help one retain facts. Having someone to call and actually getting a friendly interested human being who spoke clearly instead of press one through 9 before reaching someone to ask a simple question was great. Getting certificate information by E-mail so I could quickly get it to my insurance company was time saving. The certificate of completion came quickly in the mail. Everything went smoothly.Nothing boring about this course on traffic safety.
I just do not appreciate the fee that is added when checking out. I'm sure it works for you, though. I didn't want to start over on another site.19.95 was not the cheapest, but 29.45 is the accurate price.
The school was great. The online experience good. My only issue was with the:"advertised price" being different from the actual cost.
IE Browser disclaimer needs to be more visible on the payment page to eliminate calls/chats to help desk
I was billed 5 times for the same course (assume computer is being under paid and started feeding itself) against the credit card. Credit card company resolved issue.
Going great so far. With a lot of daily tasks needed to be done I enjoy the fact the I can do the learning at my own pace of time
It was pretty straightforward and highly informative. I would recommend having an open book feature but other than that It was fine.
Look ANYWHERE else. Definitely an interactive experience but it's just not worth it. Spend a little more $ and go to a school that's actually accredited and connected to multiple DMV's and Courts. 1/10
Half of the time spend on this course is spend on clicking and waiting for loading. There are so many steps, after which loading takes a while.
Instead of 5h I think I spend double that! Total waste of time!
I have taken several online defensive driving courses. This one is the easiest course to navigate, it has good content and a quirky and funny format. I finished it in one day.
The safe driving course was enjoyable and informative...and it was also affordable. My insurance company will give me my discount when I renew next year...so I'm not sure how much money I'll be saving yet.
Forced you to wait for a set amount of time before moving on. Could have been done much better and faster by more reading comprehension questions along the way. Not everyone reads at a third grade reading level.
There is a total hour requirement for the time you need to be online this course. I read through everything multiple times that it was unbearable in the end. The course did help deduct around $30 dollars from my Geico policy.
Very effective, although driving for 50 years, these classes refreshed my awareness and taught me some new elements as well. The entire program is very funny. Each chapter provided literal, laughs out loud.
Very good. Easy to follow. More text reading than I expected, but i'm one of those people for whom that works. No sales pressure. Reminder emails sent to remind me to finish the course, but they were spaced out it never felt like nagging.
Very informative and easy to understand so far. I like most of the humor, keeping it light and encouraging a good attitude. Since there is new info that is so important, I think driving school should be more encouraged, even required-not just because you did something wrong.
Unfortunately, I was needing this course again. I used it before, its quick, easy, and they make their best attempt to make the material interesting,enjoyable & painless as possible.I would definitely use this for your traffic citation issues,You will be glad you did!
