My Choice Software

I ordered a license for Microsoft Access 2010. My order went through and my credit card was charged. When they emailed me the license key they wrote that they were out of stock so they gave me a "complementary" upgrade to MS Office Professional 2010. That might work for most people, but it wouldn't for the client I was ordering for. I asked for a refund and was told there was a 15% restocking fee. I said okay and my money was returned, minus 15%.

A week later * from MyChoice Software emailed me and offered a $10 refund if I came here and wrote a 5 star review. I see all of these 5 star reviews for this company and wonder how many they bought and paid for...

I needed an older version of Microsoft Office, which isn't available to download directly from Microsoft anymore. I purchased the software from MyChoiceSoftware over the weekend and it turns out they didn't have that exact version in stock, but I received an email on Sunday asking if I would like the business version (still the older one that I needed) without paying the additional cost. I really appreciated the quick response and I downloaded the business version and it works just fine. I will buy from MyChoiceSoftware again.

I was very pleased with my purchase experience. I had a few questions about how to install the MS Office software on my new machine. I wasn't certain that I would have internet connectivity from the get go and wanted to be certain that I would not experience difficulties on the download. The person at MyChoiceSoftware to whom I spoke was very courteous and helpful, explaining each step I would need to take with my present machine should the internet connectivity on the new machine not be available right away.

I also very much appreciated the assurance from knowing that MyChoiceSoftware is a Google Trusted Store, documentation of which was provided without my asking.

The initial use of the MyChoice (MC) was straight forward and made my choice of software quick and painless. The confirmation email along with the easy to follow instructions for installation were precise and to-the-point, and made the overall process a pleasant and quick task. I have no doubts that I will definitely use MC in the future, and roundly recommend MyChoice to anyone looking for a quick and comfortable software hunting experience.

I had a really old version of Office on my home PC that I had just moved from home PC to home PC over the years. Finally I felt I needed to upgrade, mainly so I could use the newer file types (. Xlsx,. Docx) and take advantage of the some the newer filters and rules. There are a lot of sketchy places on the Internet with too-good-to-be-true prices (or so it seems) so I was nervous to provide personal information. Anyway, I found these guys, checked out the reviews and took the leap. It was a great experience and a really fair price.

Originally ordered Office Home and Business 2013 from a discount site online. Program would not download and then the company went on Team Viewer to help and downloaded a ton of VIRUSES! I had never seen so many. I had to call out the computer tech the second day after he had already set everything up just to take out the viruses. Tech had recommended My Choice and we did not listen. Second time around we ordered from My Choice and had a seamless installation and NO VIRUSES! Would only order from My Choice for the next software when needed.

In 2015 I purchased a lifetime license of MS Office 2016 via MyChoiseSoftware and I was pleased with it.

That is until last week that my hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall all of the original software (that I paid for.) The only one that could get installed was MS Office 2016. After 20 email back and forth they made me feel like I am a criminal for installing MS Office on thousand of computer.

I contacted Microsoft that told me that it looked like they leased the software and revoked the key. I don't know what scams is that but I purchased a lifetime key so I am expecting a lifetime key.

Downgrading to 1 star (and actually would bring to zero if I could.)

3 - Office 2013 Home Business, ended up being Professional Plus which was a PLUS
The Software was a download with License and at first an email with only one product key showed up, however after a reply to the email the other Keys came in about an hour later with an apology, so everything turned out great. Had no problem with install or activation.
Also Ordered Symantec Endpoint Small Bus which came in yesterday.
Would order from them again.
