I wish they told me from the beginning that they could not take care of the task. After that, they stop responding to all messages on the live chat. You cannot call them as the line does not connect to anyone and they do not respond to emails. They call you dear and try to act friendly, but they are actually very rude when you ask for a refund and the biggest scammers out there. They wasted all my time and the assignment I needed was never completed. I have lodged a dispute via PayPal.

This is the first time I have used this kind of service and also the last time. I have paid 70 USD only to receive not even average quality paper. I have asked them 3 times to rewrite it and also spoke to the Customer support to get someone else to re-do the paper, as it was clearly not written by a native English speaker, but without success.

Also, at the beginning I had issues with the payment. They gave me discount and then they wouldn't release my assignment because the system would not recognize the discount, asking me to pay more. Ridiculous. So much headache for nothing.

Waste of money and time. I ended up re-writing the paper myself from scratch. I definitely do not recommend using their service.
